    Conrad Murray versucht wieder eine Tür in die Medizinbranche zu bekommen. Einen ersten Erfolg konnte der ehemalige Leibarzt von Michael Jackson bereits erzielen – er wurde als medizinischer Berater angeheuert.


    In den USA hat Murray als Arzt Berufsverbot, aber das Gesundheitsministerium des Karibik-Staates Trinidad and Tobago empfängt ihn mit offenen Armen. Er soll vor Ort Ärzte beraten, die sich auf Kinder mit Herzproblemen spezialisiert haben.


    Zwar soll Conrad Murray ein hoher Schuldenberg drücken, aber den Job macht er aus reiner Nächstenliebe und ohne Bezahlung. Die Regierung will nach Informationen von ‚TMZ‘ Gebrauch von Murrays Kontakten in den USA machen, um den Kids zu helfen.


    In seiner Heimat darf er nicht mehr praktizieren. Texas entzog ihm die Lizenz als Mediziner, in Kalifornien und Nevada ist sie ausgesetzt. Der ganze MJ-Fall kostete ihm seine Karriere, vorher soll er sehr beliebt bei seinen Patienten gewesen sein.

    Boah, ich könnte so kotzen, wenn ich das lese! Und dann noch die Sache mit der "Nächstenliebe"! Mal sehen, wer das nächste Opfer von ihm sein wird. Wenn er die Herzprobleme der Kinder genauso "therapiert" wie die Schlafprobleme von Michael, dann wird das ein fatales Ende nehmen... hoffentlich auch für Murray!

    Conrad Murray has lost his appeal against his conviction for killing Michael Jackson.


    A three-judge panel at California’s Court of Appeal unanimously upheld the disgraced physician’s 2011 conviction for involuntary manslaughter, ruling there were no errors during his six-week trial and that there was sufficient evidence to support his conviction.


    In the ruling, the judges stated Murray’s belief his patient had administered a fatal dose of powerful anaesthetic Propofol himself was just a theory, noting the doctor’s fingerprints were all over the bottle of the drug and that he had lied to police who arrived at the star’s home after his overdose in June 2009.


    The ruling went on to state: “Murray’s callous disregard for Mr Jackson’s health and safety was shown throughout the trial from the manner in which he administered a number of dangerous drugs to Mr Jackson without the appropriate medical equipment, precautions or personnel in place, and to the manner in which he left Mr Jackson unattended.


    “The evidence demonstrated that Mr. Jackson was a vulnerable victim and that [Murray] was in a position of trust, and that [Murray] violated the trust relationship by breaching standards of professional conduct in numerous respects.”


    The panel also rejected Murray’s claims that the judge presiding over the case improperly excluded jurors from hearing key evidence and should have sequestered jurors.

    LOS ANGELES The California Supreme Court refused Wednesday to review the
    involuntary manslaughter conviction of Michael Jackson's doctor,
    rejecting his lawyer's petition without comment.


    The decision by the state's highest court was the latest stop on Dr.
    Conrad Murray's legal odyssey. A state appeals court upheld his
    conviction earlier this year and then refused to reconsider its
    decision.


    Attorney Valerie Wass said Murray will take his fight to federal court.
    "We're greatly disappointed, but we intend to pursue this in federal
    court," Wass said.


    She said she telephoned Murray with the news and, "He said, 'The fight is not over.' "


    Authorities said Murray gave Jackson a lethal dose of the anesthetic
    propofol in 2009 while the singer prepared for a series of comeback
    concerts.


    Murray was convicted in 2011 and served two years in jail. He was
    released in October because of a change in California law requiring
    nonviolent offenders to serve their sentences in county jails and as a
    result of credits for good behavior.


    The six-week trial focused on Murray's care of Jackson, including nightly doses of propofol to help the entertainer sleep.


    The earlier appellate court decision said, "The evidence demonstrated
    that Mr. Jackson was a vulnerable victim and that (Murray) was in a
    position of trust, and that (Murray) violated the trust relationship by
    breaching standards of professional conduct in numerous respects."


    Since his release, Murray has been traveling and spending time with family, "trying to get his life back together." Wass said.


    The federal appeal she plans to file will focus on media coverage of the
    trial and exposure of the unsequestered jury to the Internet, Wass
    said. Murray has maintained throughout his appeals that the jury should
    have been sequestered because of the flood of publicity surrounding the
    case

    War wirklich lange ruhig um Murray. Aber sicher nicht
    unerwartet, dass Murray den 5. Jahrestag nutzt um sich in den Medien zu
    verkaufen und die Medien bieten ein Feld.


    CNN berichtet nämlich ganz exclusiv darüber, dass Murray ein Video auf
    seiner Webseite eingestellt hat um seine Unschuld zu beweisen und Don
    Lemmon (CNN) sprach ganz exclusiv mit Murray darüber was der Zweck des
    Videos ist.

    Mediziner.

    ist, darf wieder praktizieren. Seine Zulassung hat der Kardiologe
    nämlich nur in den USA verloren, im karibischen Inselstaat Trinidad und
    Tobago setzt man aber scheinbar großes Vertrauen in den 61-Jährigen. Wie
    das Promi-Portal "TMZ"
    berichtet, soll Murray in Zukunft ehrenamtlich in beratender Funktion
    für Ärzte vor Ort fungieren, die sich auf Kinder mit Herzproblemen
    spezialisiert haben. Der Gesundheitsminister des Landes soll demnach an
    Murrays Kontakten in die Vereinigten Staaten interessiert sein.
