Rapper Offset pays tribute to Michael Jackson at the Little Mermaid Premiere

American Rapper Offset, has once again paid tribute to Michael Jackson. Cardi B’s husband, Offset, took their daughters, Kalea & Kulture, to the premiere of ‘The Little Mermaid’ in Los Angeles on May 8.

While the little girls looked like little princesses, Offset wore a replica outfit of Michael Jackson’s 1993 Grammy Awards white and pearls jacket. The 31-year-old completed his ensemble with black sunglasses, diamond earrings, black gloves, and black dress shoes.

This is not the first time that the rapper has paid tribute to the King of Pop! He also wore few other Michael Jackson looks, on tour and for other events:

Drumline students pay tribute to the King of Pop

The drumline students at Smithfield-Selma High School created a toe-tapping music video full of flashing lights, costumes, choreography and an undeniable rhythm. Created with the help of their teacher Justin Holmes, the teens showcase a wide variety of incredible talents – dancing, a wide variety of instruments and of course drums. The video is full of Michael’s dance moves, costumes and has an amazing megamix going between few of Michael’s super hits!

The percussion ensemble is called Spartan Thunder, and they regularly bring the energy to other school games and events. Holmes says he feels the students deserve attention and credit for their talent, dedication and hard work. “These kids work extremely hard every year, and I think we always talk about the bad things in high schools, but we don’t talk enough about how awesome these kids are,” writes Holmes. “They are truly special!

Die Drumline-Schüler der Smithfield-Selma High School haben ein mitreißendes Musikvideo voller blinkender Lichter, Kostüme, Choreografie und einem unbestreitbaren Rhythmus erstellt. Taekwondo freestyler win gold with Michael Jackson

William Arroyo, a Taekwondo Freestyler for Mexico just won the gold medal at the Central American Games and Caribbean held in El Salvador, which are part of the Olympic program.

“I feel very happy, this has been a great achievement for me, I am very happy and very satisfied with what I had to do to get this medal. The work continues, we must not rest, because we have more consequences in the coming months and a primary objective that is the Pan American Games, “said Arroyo in statements made to the social media channels of the Mexican Taekwondo Federation.

He achieved a spectacular score of 7,800 in the freestyle category, which managed to surpass all other competitors in a performance of technical purity.

What a Smooth Criminal Performance

The USA Women Team Acrobatic won Bronze at the World Aquatics Championships – Fukuoka 2023 on July 17, 2023.

The judges were impressed with their aquatic acrobatic skills which they performed on Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal”.

Despite coming 2nd, the team was so happy of the result! Dressed in a MJ-style swimwear, they kicked their feet like true Queens of Pop!

Italy’s 5 hoops won the World Cup in Milan

If you recall, last April, the Italian Rhythmic and Gymnastic Team of 5 hoops won gold at the Bulgarian’s competition with an amazing performance on “They Don’t Care About Us” by Michael Jackson. They just won another competition in Milan where they came first with the same routine:

Next stop is the World Championship which is held in Valencia from 23 to 27 July and during which the gymnasts will compete for the last passes for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Good luck girls and hopefully their performance of “They Don’t Care About Us” will make it to the Olympics!
