Howard Mann Accuses MJ Executors of ‘Stealing’ The Estate

Katherine Jackson’s business partner, Howard Mann — is once again throwing unfounded accusations at the executors of Michael Jackson’s Estate. This time accusing John Branca of “embezzling millions” from MJ in 2001. In a statement sent to MJNA he also accuses Branca, with the help of Howard Weitzman of “using their influence to steal the Estate from MJ’s family.”

The statement came to us in response to a set of questions Howard Mann agreed to answer. We took a great deal of time preparing questions that cover everything from his gambling and pornography career to his apparent exploitation of Michael’s children.

One question he did address was You obviously know Katherine Jackson’s situation better than most, is she really be ill-treated by The Estate? Mann tells us “The only people in the world today who profit from the Estate of Michael Jackson are the trustees and the lawyers they hire to litigate. Last year, the Estate actually spent nearly $11,000,000 in litigation’s but could only find it in their hearts to give Katherine $160,000 (less then 1% of what they have stolen.)”

The fact of the matter is, Michael had years to alter his will — he could of cut Branca from being an executor, but, he didn’t.

Howard Mann then goes on to say “I will stop putting out MJ items tomorrow if they step down and turn the estate over to his mother and children, until then I am trying to earn them some money and some financial Independence.”

Howard Mann vs. MJ Estate: mehr Anschuldigungen

Im Rahmen einer Befragung von Howard Mann durch “Michael Jackson News Alert” (MJNA) hat Howard Mann weitere Anschuldigungen gegen MJs Nachlassverwalter John Branca gemacht.
So beschuldigt er John Branca, im Jahre 2001 Millionen von Dollars von Michael Jackson veruntreut zu haben. Im Statement gegenüber MJNA beschuldigt er John Branca zudem, unter der Mithilfe von Howard Weitzman „ihren Einfluss dafür zu nutzen, den Nachlass von MJs Familie zu stehlen.“ MJNA äussert sich diesen Äusserungen von Howard Mann gegenüber mehr als skeptisch. Interview mit La Toya Jackson

CYInterview hat vor kurzem ein Interview mit Michael Jacksons Schwester La Toya geführt. Unter anderem wurde sie zur Zeit befragt, als sie während der Dreharbeiten zu „The Wiz“ mit Michael in New York lebte und was ihre liebsten Erinnerungen an ihren Bruder sind, als sie zusammen aufwuchsen. Ausserdem äusserte sie sich betreffend die angeblich verschwundenen Hard Disks, welche über 100 Songs von Michael gespeichert haben sollen, und gab ihre Meinung kund, was die polizeilichen Untersuchungen und den bevorstehenden Strafprozess gegen Dr. Conrad Murray anbelangt.

LaToya half mit einem ersteigerten Betrag von $ 99.000 durch den Verkauf eines seltenen T-Shirts, dass Michael unterschrieben und ihr gegeben hatte, bevor er von uns gegangen ist.

JERMAINE JACKSON SAYS EX WIFE ALEJANDRA LIVED “TWENTY-ONE YEARS FOR FREE” AT JACKSON FAMILY ESTATE

While leaving BOA Steakhouse with wife Halima Rashid, Michael Jackson’s older brother Jermaine opened up
about his ongoing drama with ex-wife Alejandra Oaziazi.

When asked about the court settlement in which he allegedly has to pay Oaziazi $80,000 in back child support, he says:

“It wasn’t justice. I have always taken care of my kids and I will continue to take care of my kids.”
He adds that Alejandra has lived at the Jackson compound for “twenty-one years for free” and “costs the compound $60K a month.”

aber es würde mich dennoch genauso nerven, wenn eine ex über 20 jahre alles 'für umme' hatte,
und dann so nen fass aufmacht.
man kann sich net über die zahlungsmoral von jermaine aufregen,
wenn man selber zig jahre ohne den arsch zu bewegen auf fremde kosten lebt,
und dann noch so undankbar frech reagiert, und damit droht
ein 'tell-all'-book zu schreiben, wenn man nicht weiter durchgefüttert wird...:spinnen

Mr. Jackson confirmed today that he will be in Cannes, France during the Festival. He is set to arrive on the 15th of May 2011 and will stay until the 19th of May 2011.

Michael Jackson's dad, Joe Jackson, is going to the Cannes Film Festival next month to hawk a fragrance bearing the Jackson name, RadarOnline.com has learned.

What's more, the singing family's patriarch will also be selling Jackson champagne and vodka at the event -- this,
as the involuntary manslaughter trial of the man accused of killing his son, Dr. Conrad Murray, will be under way.

The perfume that Joe Jackson, 82, will be debuting is called Jackson Legend: Timeless from Neverland. It's supposed to come in three bottles,
including the Jackson Tribute for men, the Jackson Legend for women and the Jackson Legacy.

Separately, Jackson already announced plans for a yet-to-be-named ice cream bar.

Sources close to his dead son's estate, meanwhile, are watching the elderly man's moves.

"The Estate is monitoring these deals very, very closely, and will take action if necessary," a source tells us.

Murray's involuntary manslaughter murder trial is scheduled to start May 4.

In an exclusive video interview with Alejandra, she tells RadarOnline.com how the relationships came to be and exactly what brother Michael Jackson
and mother Katherine really thought about it.

“I remember when we got married and I told Mrs. Jackson. I went into her room and told her with Jermaine on the phone,

Joe Jackson says of his famous family, "It wasn't easy to get the family to this point. I had to work two jobs. I had all nine kids. I stayed there with them and got them all into show biz."

CANNES – An impromptu press conference called on the sidelines of this year’s Festival de Cannes for the Jackson Family Foundation, saw Joe Jackson, and a number of his associates, gather at the Playboy Mansion Tuesday for a brief meet with the press.

After posing around the pool for two-dozen photographers, Jackson sat down briefly to clarify and confirm his endorsement of some new Michael Jackson-branded perfumes, Jackson Tribute, Legend and Legacy.

Dressed in a large black suit and bling, Jackson talked about the two bottles presented on the table, before the perfume’s creators came forward to talk ahead of the June 9 launch of the scents in Las Vegas.

“Anything you get involved with you are supposed to make money. You know what you can do with money you smile all the way to the bank,” he said during the conference.
Julian Rouas in Paris is involved in creating the scents.

Jackson was accompanied by Michael Jackson’s former manager, Dieter Wiesner, who spoke about a book he is writing on his time with Michael. “My time with Michael was a beautiful and also a hard time. Michael passed away and I thought would talk experience with Michael in the book,” he said.

Wiesner wasn’t the only one promoting Jackson-themed product at the conference. Someone else was on hand to promote a Michael Jackson-branded tray and other spoke about tribute concerts.

Jackson also spoke about plans for Neverland and Happyland, a second theme park in Vietnam he is involved with.

As per Jackson, plans for Neverland include five five star hotels, a seven star hotel and a statue in the middle of Michael Jackson.

"I want people to know that it’s (the Jackson Family Foundation) a legitimate foundation to make money and carry on what we have to do. It is for the health of people in need, like any foundation, in any part of the world,” began Jackson when asked why he was holding the conference. “Michael had Neverland. It was his mission before Michael passed away to create a theme park and we are taking over that mission,” he said.

He said of Jackson: “Michael was a type of person the whole family went behind who crossed all borders with his music. All kids in all parts of the world, they know about him. His mission was to help people and he sold more records than anyone in show business history. It wasn't easy to get the family to this point. I had to work two jobs. I had all nine kids. I stayed there with them and got them all into show biz. I don't care what anyone else said I did my job.”

He added: “Everyone is thinking about this doctor. Doctor is just a clay pigeon. Other people involved. Michael told his mother they were trying to kill him for his publishing. I didn't know anything about it until he passed.”
