Lawyer Asks Michael Jackson Estate To Pay
$37K Legal Bill For Dealing With Paris’ Suicide Bid

Lawyers representing the son of Tito Jackson have asked the Los Angeles Superior Court
to approve close to $40,000 in legal fees as a result of Paris Jackson‘s attempted suicide bid earlier this year.
In court documents filed this week and obtained by RadarOnline.com, TJ Jackson’s attorney,
Charles A. Shultz, said he was owed $39,607.50 for his services from October 2012 to today — at an hourly rate of $450.
TJ, 34, is a co-guardian of Prince, 16; Paris, 16; and Prince Michael II, 10, who’s also known as Blanket.
“In such capacity, both TJ and I, as his counsel, have had to address issues regarding security,
petitions by various parties claiming to be the biological mothers of (the children) and most recently issues regarding Paris,
the details of which are well known to the court,” Shultx wrote in the filing.

“Over the last year, the most time consuming issues related to Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson
and events that occurred during the summer month, which the court is fully aware of.
“Time was spent addressing personal and medical issues, addressing court investigation
and court inquiries, assisting with treatment options, including choosing treating physician
and plan of action, meeting guardians, attorneys and physicians.”
The teenager has been under counsellors care at an undisclosed boarding school
since June when she guzzled a bottle of pills and cut her wrists in a failed — but not first — suicide attempt.
Schultz said the 15-year-old’s suicide bid engulfed 43.3 hours of his time.

In the filing, he also documented the work he did to address the guardianship petitions
filed by Billie Jean Jackson and Helena Kuta, the latter who sought to compel the children
    to undergo DNA testing.
“Responding to that Petition required researching rights to privacy and DNA testing,” he said.
He also spent time addressing ”household staffing issues, nanny issues, security guard issues,
issues regarding requests from school for Paris and Prince, lease issues for house…
    issues regarding security and staffing.”

  • Die Jacksons
    David Guetta auf der Wunschliste

    http://www.tikonline.de/music-box/pop-ro…unschliste.html

Michael Jackson - 3T to reunite for Michael Jackson tribute
    by Bang Showbiz | 04 November 2013
Michael Jackson's nephews Taj, Taryll and T.J. are set to reunite as 3T for a tribute concert to their late uncle next year.

Michael Jackson's nephews are set to reunite for a tribute concert.
Pop group 3T - which was popular in the 90s and consisted of Tito Jackson's sons Taj, Taryll and T.J. - are set for a comeback next year to mark the fifth anniversary of the late King of Pop's death.
A source told the New York Daily News' Confidenti@l column: ''Taj, Taryll and T.J. believe they have a sound and appeal which would make them a success all over again.''
The trio enjoyed moderate success in the later part of 1990s when they were pitted against the Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC at the height of the boy band boom. Their hit singles include 'Why', which was a duet with Michael, and 'Anything'.
The brothers have reportedly recorded an entire album of new material in secret and are planning to tour the US and Europe.
3T released their debut album 'Brotherhood' in 1995 and followed it up nearly a decade later in 2004 with 'Identity'.
The group have Come together several times in the years following their famous uncle's death in June 2009, appearing on stage with Michael's oldest children - Prince Michael and Paris - as they accepted a lifetime achievement award at the 2010 Grammy Awards on behalf of their father.
3T also reunited on stage in 2011 at a tribute concert for Michael in Cardiff, Wales, where they performed 'Why' and 'Heartbreak Hotel' by The Jackson 5.

Also muss Michael weiterhin herhalten...

MJ's People Expose Big Stars as Drug Addicts
    Exclusive

Michael Jackson's people have just thrown Britney Spears, George Michael, Van Halen, Aerosmith and other big names under a big tour bus, because MJ's people have just labeled them hard-core drug abusers just to make a point in a lawsuit.

Here's the deal. Lloyds of London has refused to pay benefits under an insurance policy that AEG took out in case MJ was not able perform for the "This Is It" tour. Lloyds rejected the claim on grounds Michael and AEG defrauded the company by failing to fess up that MJ was a drug abuser.

Now the bus. The Michael Jackson Company (MJC) sued Lloyds, demanding payment. MJC claims in public documents -- obtained by TMZ -- that a number of artists, including Britney, George, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Kings of Leon, AC/DC, Johnny Hallyday and Whitney Houston all were known drug addicts and all of them applied for similar insurance to Lloyds.

MJC wants to see how the other rock stars were treated to determine if Michael is being singled out unfairly.

Short story -- to make their case, they're going to tar and feather every other rock star and act in sight.
