    Hach, ich liebe diesen Idiotismus... pardon, "Journalismus".

  • Album "XSCAPE"

    Jesse Johnson ist ja mega-angepisst, dass er diesen Email-Austausch publik macht. Allerdings zeigt das auch wieder, dass die Musiker weder viel Ahnung von rechtlichen Dingen haben noch die Entscheidungen der Plattenfirma bzw. deren Vorsitzenden respektieren, sofern sie nicht zu eigenem Vorteil sind (sonst würde er wohl kaum diesen Mist mit Sklaverei und Untergebener bringen).


    Ähnlich verhält es sich mit diversen Fans, die Sony, AEG Live oder AEG Live gleich als rassistische Organisationen darstellen. Da wird immer wieder auf Michael's 2002er-Rede verwiesen, in welcher er behauptete, die Musik-Industrie würde die Künstler nur ausbeuten.
    Das kann ich so nicht stehen lassen. Wie bei allen gewinnbringenden Geschäften, gibt es eben auch Anwälte, Manager usw., die nicht unbedingt im besten Interesse ihrer Mandanten handeln, Fehler machen oder absichtlich/fahrlässig rechtliche und finanzielle Schwierigkeiten verursachen. Viele Künstler lesen sich ihre Verträge nicht genau durch und die juristischen Details verstehen sie sowieso nicht. Es sind ja auch Künstler und die beschäftigen sich in ihrem Leben mit Musik und dergleichen, ergo fehlt ihnen das Wissen oder die Bildung in anderen Bereich, wie bspw. bei Rechtsgeschäften.
    Von daher finde ich solche Verallgemeinerungen für unangebracht.



    Wer hat bisher - so wie ich - noch nichts gehört? Ich werde bis zum 9. Mai durchhalten, damit ich mir ein Gefühl wie in alten Zeiten verschaffe, als man eine CD erst hörte, wenn man sie in Händen hielt.

    Danke, aber ich helfe lieber Chris Cadman und pflege die Liste hier aus Zeitgründen schon seit ein paar Jahren nicht wirklich mehr. Daher sind da sicher auch noch diverse bekannte Fehler drin, die ich nicht gesichtet habe.



    "Hold My Hand" leakte 2008. Von "Another Day" hat man bis 2010 kein Tönchen gehört. Das ist ein verbreiteter Irrtum, ein Fan-Mix von Ceyload tauchte kurze Zeit später im selben Jahr wie das 1:30 min Snippet auf und das war Anfang 2010, NICHT 2008.


    CGYWOOM hat überhaupt nichts mit HCW zu tun. Für HCW war keine Single vorgesehen, der Song wurde für den Valentinstag in den USA als Airplay verwendet.


    Da steht ja auch "draft" (Entwurf) bei Thriller.


    Das WIP DAT ist wie es der Name schon sagt ein Zwischenstand der aktuellen Mixes der neuen Songs fürs Album auf einem DAT.
    Was ist deine Quelle für eine "Sommer 2001" Acetate CD?
    Überhaupt kann ich deine Infos kaum verwerten ohne Quellenangaben.

    Naja, andererseits werden die youTube-Upper auch immer gefragt "Mensch, wo hast du das bloß her? Du bist so toll, lad doch bitte noch mehr hoch", weil auf dieser Plattform natürlich kaum einer weiß, wo diese Leaks eigentlich herkommen und das besagter Upper nicht die Quelle ist.


    Was haben die Leaker eigentlich immer für arschgeile Namen?
