CadeFlaw is now AdLLaw (Ad-Law)

  • Hello, I am an AdLLaw Member. I have come with some updated material on promoting AdLLaw, but first I have questions.

First things first. CadeFlaw which was for California is now AdLLaw which is for the whole of the USA.

If there was a chance for WR to be sued for the allegations he made on TV, in Print and to the Courts would you care who sued him as long as someone legally qualified was willing to do so, even if it meant the suit did not happen until 2014, 2015 or 2016?

In the past months I've received messages stating this or that person would support by signing the petition and send an email or letter to their Federal Senators and the President......accept they don't want this person or that person to get the money.

    ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????

You would rather have Michael branded for all time a 3rd time offender, because you are worried about money? You would rather allow the paid to print slander journalists, sleazy novelists, pop psychologists and the worldwide nasty to continue to call Michael an child abuser……. Because?

You would rather take a chance of once again having our donations in Michael's name or our petitions for recognizing his social or civic contributions refused, because this extortion crap has started up again?

You would rather his children be further haunted and even more taunted by the ugly behavior and foul words towards them until there is no where they can find peace, like their Dad, because of ……what?

Why is it any new contest which sole purpose is to have us come and support the site, magazine or whatever asks us to vote to put Michael where he already is, and that is #1 we will flock by the thousands and repeat that until the end of the contest? But will not do the same for a potential law?

How much harder is it for people to write a message which says: “I have signed the AdLLaw petition. I support the initiative, want it to become a US law and would like for you to support it too.” Then paste the petition link which has all the information they need, and send it by email or snail mail to the President of the United States and to your 2 US Senators. For people of other Countries they can send theirs to the President.

We send a lot of emails in protest. Some which have an effect and some which are totally ignored. So how difficult is this? Your email can be sent more than once to the US Senators or President over a period of time, just to let them know you are serious.

What about Whitney Houston or the Trayvon Martin's or President Ronald Reagan or the men and women not known to you, but who are to others who die and their legacy is smeared by slander. It makes no difference if they are known worldwide or if only in their home State, their world is their world and a decedent's legacy is still precious. The legacy of the deceased lies in the memory of the living.

    Thank you,

Do you care that Michael is defamed? Do you care that he cannot face his defamers? If you care sign the AdLLaw petition.

The dead can be sued for everything they did while they were alive, to include slander, but they may not have some defend then for slander once they are gone. This is wrong.

  • A Legacy Never Dies:

“When are the dead not dead? The ancient peoples of the Andes believed we keep the dead “alive” as long as we continue to remember them.” (1) We of AdLLaw say: “The life and legacy of the deceased lie in the memory of the living.”

Most Latin countries celebrate the Day of the Dead. Day of the Dead or Dia de los Muertos festivals are commonly celebrated in countries where there is a Spanish-Speaking population or Spanish customs are observed. The celebrations focus on family members that have passed away. United States, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala, Haiti, Bolivian and Ecuador each have a special and positive ceremony for honoring their dead. (2)
Celebrated United States Days of the Dead

The United States celebrate several days which are meant to honor the dead and those who have contributed to and served this Nation. Days such as Memorial Day, Veterans Day, President’s Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Day and 911. All countries have some celebration, ceremony or “Veneration of the dead”(3)

“Remembrance Day” which is similar to the US Veterans Day is celebrated in the UK, Canada, Oceania, Australia, Western Europe and South Africa. Germany has their Day of Commemoration of Heroes. Russians celebrate “The Defender of the Fatherland Day.”

These celebrations are rooted in a belief we honor our ancestors. The word “ancestors” may sound lofty and given to people who lived hundreds or thousands of years ago, but the word ancestor means one who came before us. “a person from whom one is descended; forebear; progenitor.” (4)

Many countries have working laws against defaming the dead so why not the USA? This is not a new subject. In the USA such a law has been vigorously fought and lobbied against. (5) Even with the understanding that not all cases will fall under legislative guidelines; as defamation nor will all successors be willing or able to sue. Knowing defamation suits are hard fought and not easily won even for the living there is great resistance to passing this law to protect the legacy of the deceased.

Until the United States of America, a Nation which considers itself a world leader, is willing to step forward and lead by example then it says we only honor our dead in word, but not in deed.

The truth must be told and our history needs to reflect that, but there is no honor in slandering our dead.
