La Toya Jackson to Co-host 'The View'
"The View" has announced that La Toya Jackson will sit in as a co-host.
The sister of late pop icon Michael Jackson will sit in for Elisabeth Hasselbeck (who is on maternity leave) with the ladies on September 16 and September 18. Jackson released a new single in July, called "Home," in memory of her brother Michael, and all proceeds will go to AIDS Project Los Angeles.
Other guest hosts include Kathy Griffin on September 18 and Meghan McCain on September 9 and 10. The guest co-host for September 14 and 15 will be announced on "The View"'s Web site in mid-September.
In addition, Victoria Beckham is set to make her first visit to the show on September 14. "The View"'s new season will premiere on ABC on September 8.
