https://www.change.org/de/Petitionen/the…-sell-neverland
Producer of new Queen album featuring Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson vocals is revealed
William Orbit has confirmed he is producing Queen’s new album based on unreleased vocals by late singer Freddie Mercury.
Orbit announced the news in a tweet which said: “Am definitely working with QUEEN. Amazing songs. That’s all I’m saying for now. Watch this space.”
Queen guitarist Brian May confirmed in May that he and drummer Roger Taylor were working on the album, which is likely to be called ‘Queen Forever’ and is believed to be released before Christmas.
“We had to start from scratch,” May told BBC Radio Wales of the new recording sessions. “Knowing how it would have happened if we'd finished the songs, I can sit there and make it happen with modern technology. It's quite emotional. It's the big, big Queen ballads and the big, big epic sound." May added that Mercury’s vocals for the album were recorded in the 1980s.
Orbit, who has produced Blur, Madonna and Britney Spears, previously announced in July 2013 that he was producing a duet between Mercury and Michael Jackson, which is likely to feature on the new Queen album.
Mercury and Jackson recorded three unreleased songs during the sessions for Jackson’s classic 1982 album ‘Thriller’. The three songs were subsequently re-recorded, but not as Jackson/Mercury duets. ‘Victory’ and ‘State Of Shock’ were sung by The Jacksons on their 1984 album ‘Victory’, with ‘State Of Shock’ featuring Mick Jagger singing what would have been Mercury’s vocals. ‘There Must Be More To Life Than This’ is on Mercury’s 1985 solo album ‘Mr Bad Guy’. Jackson and Mercury’s demo of ‘State Of Shock’ can be heard below. It isn’t known which of the three songs will feature on the new album.
The new album will be Queen’s second to feature vocals based on unreleased Mercury vocals since the singer’s death in 1991. ‘Made In Heaven’, released in 1995, featured bassist John Deacon, but he has since left the band and won’t feature on the new album.
Queen have also released an album, 2008’s ‘The Cosmos Rocks’, featuring Free’s Paul Rodgers as singer. Rodgers left in 2009, with American Idol winner Adam Lambert Queen’s vocalist since 2012.

also was solls?
@FayTinkerBell
These words have hurt #MichaelJackson very much, just look into his eyes. He was able to feel the pain of every kid. pic.twitter.com/ZptVeXbDFV
^ richtig.
man ihn seiner intimsphäre beraubt hatte,
was das stückchen land angeht, jetzt, nachdem bald andere besitzer bestimmen könnten.
How Much Will Michael Jackson's Neverland Fetch On The Open Market?
In 1988, flush with the profits of Thriller, Michael Jackson purchased the Sycamore Valley Ranch for $17.5 million. Today, the Los Olivos, Calif. estate is known to the world as Neverland—and its value has changed even more dramatically than its name.
As FORBES first reported last night, billionaire Tom Barrack’s Colony Capital is preparing to place the 2,700-acre property on sale, six years after it took over a $23 million note on Neverland and became its managing partner. In an interview for my book, Michael Jackson, Inc, Barrack himself suggested the property could be worth as much as $100 million; other real estate veterans have similarly lofty views.
“There are only so many mega-properties,” said Southern California realtor Josh Altman, also in an interview for my Jackson biography. He believes Neverland could fetch $75-$85 million on the open market.
In order to fully appreciate the scope of Neverland, one must visit the sprawling sepia ranch in person. A two-and-a-half hour drive from Los Angeles, the latter portion of the journey occurs on treacherously twisting mountain roads; the property is nestled amidst 67,000 sycamore trees, at the foot of a 3,000-foot peak that Jackson named Mt. Katherine, after his mother.
Through the main gate, a mile-long private road winds up to the main house, a seven-room, thirteen-bathroom mock-Tudor with a backyard four times the size of Monaco. Jackson’s amusement park rides and his zoo were hauled off long ago (haunted by accusations of child molestation, he moved out of the property after being found not guilty of all charges against him in a well-publicized 2005 trial).
There’s still a swimming pool with an extra-high diving board, a miniature lake and a two-story edifice that once held Jackson’s vaunted video game arcade. Other buildings include a lakeside guest house, a full-sized movie theater and a redbrick replica train station, which sits atop a knoll with a massive functional clock made of flowers and the word “NEVERLAND” spelled in shrubbery on the hillside.
“Michael was Peter Pan, it was Neverland,” Barrack told me last year. “It was the only place I think that he actually found peace.”
To be sure, there are others who have placed a much lower number on the property than Barrack and Altman. Neverland has reportedly been valued at $30.3 million by Santa Barbara County, while a 2002 appraisal pegged it at $50 million.
For such a unique property, however, all it takes is one eager billionaire or wealthy entity to drastically drive up the price. Don’t expect Jackson’s estate, which still owns non-controlling share of the property, to buy out Colony.
“We are frustrated, bitterly disappointed and saddened that it has come to this,” said a representative from the estate in an email earlier today. “Sadly, Michael lost control of Neverland during his life as a result of advice from a former manager. The Estate explored numerous options, including a purchase, but financial, land use and zoning restrictions have made all of the proposed options prohibitive given our duty as Executors to be fiscally responsible in protecting and growing the assets of the Estate for Michael’s children.”
Colony would likely receive the first $50 million or so of any sale (to cover the $23 million note plus tens of millions plowed into the property’s upkeep over the past six years). If Neverland’s sale price is on the lower end of the spectrum, it’s possible that the estate might not receive anything; on the high end, though, Jackson’s heirs could receive a multimillion-dollar windfall.
In that case, Michael Jackson would also earn posthumous proof that his instincts in buying the property weren’t as outrageous as many observers once suggested: a sale of $70 million would represent a four-fold increase in value over purchase price.

From the estate:
Hi: You will soon be reading news reports stating that Colony Capital has decided to sell Neverland.
As the property manager, they have the right to do this.
The Estate has issued the following statement in response to a media request for comment:
We are saddened at the prospect of the sale of Neverland which, under the agreement negotiated during Michael's lifetime,
Colony has the right to sell. The Estate will maintain Michael's family home in Encino, including its iconic recording studio there.
We continue to build upon Michael's legacy as an artistic genius and humanitarian through his music and new projects such as
the Michael Jackson ONE show in Las Vegas. We hope and trust that any new owners of Neverland will respect the historical importance
and special nature of this wonderful property. Michael's memory lives on in the hearts of his fans worldwide.
It is also important to the Estate that Michael's fans understand that although the Estate has no right to stop or obstruct the sale,
The Estate did explore a number of potential options for Neverland with Colony but zoning, financial and land use restrictions
limited the alternatives and ultimately Colony made the decision to sell.

meine fresse, der ganze clan soll einfach was anderes machen, musik -
Gary school to be renamed for Michael Jackson
GARY — A city school will soon be renamed in honor of Michael Jackson, Gary’s most famous native son.
It hasn’t been determined which school will bear the Jackson name, said Gary Community School Corp. Superintendent Cheryl Pruitt.
The school board set the plan in motion Tuesday when it approved a memorandum of understanding with Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson.
The front-runner to be named after Jackson is Roosevelt, the aging high school that looms behind the humble, white ranch Jackson family home at 2300 Jackson St.
Pruitt said the district is working with the Jackson family to select the school building.
“A close relationship with the Jackson family to improve the quality of programs for the Gary Community School Corp. can mean tremendous gains for the school district and the city as a whole,” Pruitt said.
Michael Jackson, the eighth child of Katherine and Joe Jackson, moved away from Gary as a youngster as the Jackson 5 gained fame in the 1960s. While he never attended Roosevelt, he performed on its auditorium stage in a local talent show with his older Jackson 5 brothers.
Michael Jackson turned solo in 1971 and went on to win 13 Grammy awards. Hailed as the King of Pop, he was credited with 750 million record sales worldwide before his death in 2009.
Jackson received a warm welcome upon his 2003 return to Gary and he received an honorary diploma from Roosevelt, one of the stops during his visit. Jackson also received a hat and leather letterman’s jacket with the inscription “To the King of Pop, a true Panther.”
He encouraged students to stay in school and study hard during his visit.
Pruitt said the renaming came about in a conversation with Katherine Jackson, who’s been a supporter of the school district. She donated $10,000 during the Gary Promise scholarship event, hosted by Magic Johnson, earlier this year, Pruitt said.
“She’s always wanted something left here. She’s really dedicated to the Gary Community Schools,” Pruitt said of Katherine Jackson.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by Katherine Jackson on June 6.
It states it does not establish any contractual relationship between the parties. It also says “the Gary Community School Corporation seeks to honor Michael Jackson and to inspire children to excel in the arts and education.”
There’s no mention of financial assistance specifically in the memorandum.
The school district is struggling financially, battling a $27.3 million deficit that forced the closing of five schools in June, including Lew Wallace High School.
The closings and reassigning of students to other schools has officials worried that enrollment could slump even lower. Officials are keeping a close watch on enrollment figures and campaigning to keep their students from transferring to charters or other schools.
While Roosevelt might seem a likely candidate to be renamed for Michael Jackson, it isn’t operated by the school district. In 2011, the state took the school over because of poor test scores. It could return to the district by 2016.
Meanwhile, the city is working with a not-for-profit group to demolish and renovate homes on Jackson Street to stimulate development.

Michael Jackson - Remembering the Times
An Evening With Michael
I remember the first time I met him over dinner at Al Malnik’s house. Al and his family invited me, my husband JR, and my daughter Amber over for an intimate gathering with Michael and his three beautiful children, Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket. Memories of how much he loved his children come flooding back to me as I recall that night. He was the proud papa, grinning from ear to ear as his children performed a little play for us, “Three little monkeys sitting on a bed.” He smiled and laughed so much that night. He was so proud of those kids and he knew how to show it.
During dinner we talked about his lack of authentic childhood experiences and how his sister Janet had always been so amazing and sensitive with him. As he talked, he spoke with his heart and I could actually feel some of the pain that he must have experienced in his short life. I really believe that the child inside of him was always begging to be released. Watching him play hide-and-go-seek with my daughter Amber and the other children, I was struck by how much he laughed, enjoying the fun as much as they did. Listening to Michael speak was almost as amazing as hearing him sing because he spoke with such love-for his children as well as his family and fans. He was kind, gentle, and remarkable in every way. He shared stories with us that night as if we had known him forever.
The evening turned quite comical when Michael complimented the pants that I was wearing because they reminded him of the ones he donned in the video for “Bad.” He loved mine so much, in fact, that he asked me to let him try them on! Feeling somewhat embarrassed and at a loss for words, I was goaded into it by both my own family and the Malniks, who kept saying, “Oh come on…just let him try them on.” I gave in and told him I would wait in the bathroom for him to pass them back to me. After 10 minutes I knew I was in trouble. I heard a little knock at the door and he said, “Loren, I love these pants! Please, please, please let me keep them. I will give you my pants to wear home!” Well, what was I supposed to say? He was, of course, the legendary Michael Jackson and he simply stole my heart. I watched him show everyone at the house how wonderful the pants looked on him and I started my own fashion show wearing his. We all laughed and carried on with the beautiful evening.
I had the opportunity to see him many times again thereafter and we always laughed just as much as we did on the first night we met. He was always so loving and so wonderful. He cared about people and he cared about the world. I am sure there will never be another Michael Jackson. He changed music, breaking every barrier and demonstrating that he could accomplish anything that he set his mind to. He paved the way for so many other artists and entertainers and he gave us the belief that if people loved each other and cared for each other enough, we would “Heal the World.” I wonder if the some of the world let him down and forgot the words that he sang to us with such love in a song that touched our hearts.
He made the world a better place for all of us. Michael opened his heart to all of us through his life and his music and because of him we will never be the same. I asked some of my friends to share their thoughts on the passing of this legend, which I share with you here.
Warm Regards,
Loren Ridinger
