Okay,
1) which album re-release acetate are you referring to? OTW, Thriller, BAD or Dangerous?
2) "Susie" and "Little Susie" / "Little Suzie" are eiter different recordings or versions of the same song, but recorded at different times (OFW, Dangerous, HIStory eras)
3) The Jackson 5 of course rehearsed their songs before their performance and it's most likely they recorded the vocals on tape. They sung it as a medley which also featured "Danny Boy" and "By The Time I Get To Phoenix" during their Las Vegas shows in 1974. They also presented this medley once on The Tonight Show - hosted by Bill Cosby - in March 1974.
4) Apparently Michael Jackson worked on the song in 1980 because that's what has been registered first. At that time there was no collaboration with Paul Anka. It seems like he later cooperated with Paul Anka to adapt some new singing techniques (he's become very experimental into new sound directions for him at that time).
I have some doubts that the released version has anything to do with Paul Anka's participation. Paul Anka put on a different version from record during a concert and Sat.1 (German TV station) also played a different version during Joe Jackson's appearance on the 2009 end-of-year review.
5) A lot. Alone the version that was cut for the album has over 90 MIXES. And "Billie Jean" was one of Michael's masterpieces, so he recorded and experimented on this with countless takes etc.
6) Slapstick is the FINAL VERSION, "Hot Street" was an early version.
7) "Victory" was given by Queen to 2 selected fans, but they were strictly told not to leak it. Queen tried to arrange its release on one of their comprehensive career box sets but neither Sony Music nor Michael Jackson let them work out a deal.
Well, Michael often reworked material or ideas he had in the past. Most artists go back to old things and try to create sth out of it they would be proud of if released.
9) "Groove Of Midnight" has been recorded. That snippet you can find on the internet just doesn't let us hear the recording, it instead provides a funny conversation, right from the studio.
10) Like "Elizabeth, I Love You" was worked on in a recording studio and due to the fact that Michael is stuck on being as perfect as much as possible, it can be assumed with a very high chance that it surely exits on a DAT/CD.
