    So wie ich es verstehe kam der Doc nur an diesem morgen des 25. Juni nicht mit 2 Sauerstoffflaschen die Treppe runter und da hat sich Kai Chase gedacht Mr Jackson würde heute wohl länger schlafen....
    Um 12.05 -12.10 kam Doc Murray dann die Treppe runtergerannt und schrie : Holt Prince her.......


    Kann mir mal einer sagen warum der Junge geholt werden mußte - um sich das alles ansehen zu müssen ?? Welcher Arzt holt einen Angehörigen zu Wiederbelebungsmassnahmen ??
    Ich habe eine Gänsehaut und mir ist echt schlecht, man darf nicht drüber nachdenken was der Doc da gemacht hat ........

  • Neues Interview mit Frank Dileo

    Finde das Interview auch sehr interessant !
    Wenn er wirklich mit Michael jeden Tag zusammen war, in auf der Bühne und auch privat gesehen und gesprochen hat, da lesen sich einige Sachen sehr "ehrlich".
    Und was ich ganz toll finde, Michaels Aussage als Dileo ihn auf das "Drogenproblem" anspricht “Frank, do you think I would do something that would jeopardize my kids and leave them alone? Don’t be ridiculous.


    Bin immer noch der Meinung, das das genau der Punkt ist ! Michael hätte meiner Meinung nach nie etwas getan was seinen Kindern schadet und das diese Propofol Sache von Dr.Murray kam....... und so wie DiLeo sagt, muss ja noch upotischere Gehaltsvorstellungen als die 150.000 $ im Kopf gehabt haben :sad:sad

    Mal ein kleiner Lichtblick, wo doch zur Zeit die negativ Schlagzeilen und Infos an der Tagesordnung sind !
    Für die Kinder ist es doch auch nur positiv, wenn zumindest im familiären Bereich, kein Streit wegen Sorgerecht etc. aufkommt !

    Ich habe es vor 2 Wochen bei Bücher.de zusammen mit anderen Büchern bestellt. Die anderen Bücher waren nach 2 Tagen !!! geliefert, Dancing the Dream wird nachgeliefert sobald es auf Lager ist. Ich hatte extra nach Lieferung der anderen Bücher nachgefragt und mir wurde gesagt: Anfang August, sprich nächste Woche wird es geliefert, muß nicht nochmal bestellt werden, geht raus sobald auf Lager.
    Ich warte gespannt !!

    Ich meine es ist doch mehr wie offensichtlich, das da was oberfaul ist. :negativ:negativ
    Diese läppischen Aussagen - ich habe nur gebrauchte Injektionsnadeln wieder in die Praxis geholt und - ich habe nur einen Stuhl abgeholt.
    Schrillen denn da nur bei uns die Alarmglocken, wenn wir so etwas hören/lesen ????
    Hey, Ihr super Ermittler nehmt die beiden Damen doch mal in die Zange und fühlt Ihnen auf den Zahn !!

    Dr. Murray's Employees Tell Different Stories

    The two women who allegedly went to Dr. Conrad Murray's Houston storage unit and removed boxes just hours before Michael Jackson was pronounced dead are telling inconsistent stories about what was taken from the storage facility.




    We spoke with LaQuisha Middleton and her sister, LaQuanda Price, both of whom worked for Dr. Murray at the time. LaQuisha is the office manager. LaQuanda was laid off within the last month.


    The manager of the storage facility tells us the two sisters came to Dr. Murray's unit at 9:22 AM Los Angeles time the day Jackson died and picked up 3 - 5 boxes, in addition to other items they carried out by hand. The manager says she personally spoke with both sisters at the facility.


    But Wednesday -- outside Dr. Murray's Houston office -- LaQuanda told us she stayed in the office the day Jackson died and did not go to the storage facility. She says her sister went and retrieved one bio-hazardous box -- filled with used needles. She says Dr. Murray did not call and direct either of them to go to the storage facility. As for why they would pick up a box of used needles and take it back to the office, LaQuanda says they were just moving things around in the office.


    LaQuisha told a totally different story. She says the only thing she picked up was a chair. She also says Dr. Murray did not direct her to go to the facility. As for why she went, she said "I always go."


    They also don't believe Dr. Murray administered a fatal dose of Propofol to Jackson.

    Katherine Jackson's lawyer is making noise that Michael Jackson's will may not be valid because it wasn't notarized. That's simply not the case.


    Katherine's lawyer, Londell McMillan, issued a statement referring to a "suspicious circle of relationships" and an "unnotarized will."


    But here's the deal. In California, a will does not have to be notarized to be valid. In fact, most formal wills are not notarized.

    Also muss in Californien ein Testament nicht notariell beglaubigt sein, um gültig zu sein. Wie das jetzt wohl weitergeht........ :?:?:?

    Coroner Visits Another Beverly Hills Doc

    We've learned L.A. County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter just arrived at the Beverly Hills medical office of Dr. Lawrence Koplin, subpoena in hand. We've learned Winter is on the hunt for Michael Jackson medical files.



    We're told Winter is interested in the records of the nurse anesthetist in the office -- David Fournier. We're told Dr. Arnold Klein performed procedures on Jackson in Dr. Koplin's office and Fournier administered anesthesia.


    UPDATE: Winter has just left and he confirmed he is "still looking for medical records involving Michael Jackson."

    'Power Grab' in Vegas Over Jackson Case

    A turf war between Las Vegas law enforcement on one hand and the DEA and the LAPD on the other could have compromised yesterday's raids on Dr. Conrad Murray's office and home ... according to multiple law enforcement sources.


    We're told the DEA and LAPD wanted to conduct simultaneous raids in Houston and Las Vegas to maintain the element of surprise ... but the Vegas raids were delayed 6 days.


    Sources say the D.A. in Vegas threw up road blocks and delayed for days before going to court to obtain a search warrant ... A member of the D.A.'s office told us it's routine for prosecutors to be "careful" in securing warrants.


    But sources in other agencies involved in the searches scoff at the D.A.'s concerns, claiming this was nothing more than the D.A. wanting to call the shots.


    And several sources say the Vegas police slowed things down by trying to take the lead over the DEA in executing the warrants.


    One top law enforcement official says, "There was more than enough probable cause to get a warrant." Another law enforcement officer called the actions of the D.A. and police "a power grab."


    The Vegas raids were conducted yesterday ... 6 days after the Houston raid. That gave Dr. Murray more than enough notice that the other shoe was about to drop.


    The Las Vegas D.A. would not comment. As for the Vegas PD, a spokesman told us "We're not aware of any feud over the action involving this warrant."
