Here is what I got in an e-mail. The best part is it says that they will give news about 'the new album':

Exclusive: Rolling Stone Japan confirms to the Italian MJ Fanclub the release of MJ ‘extra’ book.

Rolling Stone Japan is featuring Michael Jackson in the upcoming December Issue by including an extra 44 pages book 100% dedicated to the King if Pop. The extra book cover design is almost finished: it features a drawing. Probably the cover of the Rolling Stone will also feature Michael Jackson! They’re actually still editing it so, at this time, we’re not authorized in publishing it.

Extra Book Specifications:

Size: 166 x 209 mm, 44 pages, not sold as a separate piece.

Extra Book Contents:

5 interviews that have been previously published by Rolling Stone US edition:

#81 (1971), #389 (1983), #417 (1984), #509 (1987), #621 (1992), a complete gallery of US edition's covers dedicated to Michael Jackson, discography of Rolling Stone Japan's (6 albums recommended by Rolling Stone Japan) and the latest news about MJ's new album.

Release date is November 10th, 2007.

hehe* gut gut, damit ist schon mal klar das die Vogue-Nr keine Luftnummer war, sondern das es weiter geht...

Und das dieses nun in Japan/Asien rauskommt ist sicherlich auch kein Zufall...

Rolling Stone Japan gave the exclusive news only to the Italian fanclub and you can read the full news on the email that has been also posted in this topic.
On Rolling Stone Japan site then you'll NOT find more news...only few undetailed lines.

At the moment the Italian Fanclub is not authorized to publish the cover.

Yesterday I wrote to Rolling Stone:

I just have an email from the Japan editor of Rolling Stone.

They official confirm us the also the rolling stone magazine will be have MJ on cover, but it will not contain nothing about mj, because it will all written in the book.

They also confirmed us that there will be no NEW interview by mj, but only old one
But they confirm us that the book will contain NEW information about THE new album, like the official name of the producere, the style of the news album exc... but they didn't tell me where they get the information

We ask if the book will be written only in japan or what...

We just start conversation about Michael Jackson FanSquare importing the magazine for european (and international) fans, because they say the magazine will be not exported worlwide with the usual channel (as uomo vogue do).
Only if the book will be written in english will imported it.

UPDATE:

I can public here what they write to me.
That's what i get from them and what i can write public here:

[....]
- However, we could give you some information about what the issue would be like.

[....]
- That's right. This issue is edited in a mini-book like an appendix, so we can not sell this itself.

- However, We'd like to know how you got these information in such detail?

- Before release, we don't make any picture public...

[...]
-This mini book is composed of 2 sections; 5 Michalel’s interviews which appeared in RS US edition and Japanese original editing.

The former treats US edition below:

#81 (29th April '71)

#389(17th February '83)

#417(15th March '84)

#509(24th September '87)

#621(19th January '92)

We reedited interviews.

For the latter, it contains:

*the cover gallery of US edition in which Michael appeared

*the discography of 6 recomended albums among his works

*the Michael's latest news: the latest album

As for the latest news, it will refer to the producer of the latest album, the style of it and so on.

[...]
-The cover of next upcoming RSJ would be Michael Jackson.

- However, we make this mini book so there's no special content in the main magazine.

I just get a replay from them:

The book and magazine will be entirely in JAPAN, no english translation.

Is someone interested in this edition? isf so contact me, mjj@mjj.it if there will be fans interesting in it i will import the magazine.
