    Die Zwillinge Maya und Nandy McClean, die sich als Tänzerinnen für *****s "This Is It"-Konzertreihe in der Londoner O2 Arena beworben haben, waren aufgeregt, als sie beim Casting einen Blick auf die Pop-Ikone werfen konnten. Die Australierinnen, die schon für "Purple Rain"-Star Prince tanzten, trauten ihren Augen kaum. "Im Zuschauerraum war es sehr dunkel, aber seine Haut leuchtete auf jeden Fall im Dunkeln", erzählt Maya der 'Los Angeles Times' geschockt.


    Das süße Zwillingspaar, dem eine Affäre mit Prince nachgesagt wird, war unter hunderten von Bewerbern, die im April in der O2 Arena einen der begehrten Plätze in Jacksons Tanz-Gruppe ergattern wollten. Über 400 Männer kämpften um sechs Plätze, während sich über 200 Frauen um nur zwei Plätze stritten. Die Szenerie wurde von einem Höllenlärm überschattet, überall übten die Bewerber den Moonwalk, Jacksons berühmtesten Tanzschritt.


    Maya verdeutlicht: "Es sah aus wie in einem Jackson Video. Die Leute da waren ernsthafte Fans. Eine Menge verrückter Michael-Fans, die damit aufgewachsen sind, ihm zuzuschauen." Trotz größter Bemühungen haben es die Zwillinge nicht in *****s Tanzgruppe geschafft und werden somit beim Tour-Kickoff am 8. Juli nicht dabei sein.

    LAST year’s Britain’s Got Talent winner, GEORGE SAMPSON, has landed an audition that eclipses the nerve-racking experience of performing in front of SIMON COWELL and Co.


    The little fella from Warrington — a good pal of Bizarre — is flying to LA to dazzle MICHAEL JACKSON with his moves.


    Word reached the King of Pop through his choreographer, KENNY ORTEGA, that the wee man would be a good shout as a cameo star for Jackson’s O2 gigs kicking off in London on July 8.


    And I can reveal that George has been in Rocky-style training to land the biggest gig of his career since BGT.


    A source said: “George couldn’t believe it when he got the call-up.


    “His mum has had to scrape him from the ceiling every morning since he was told he would be auditioning for Jackson.


    “He has been rehearsing morning, noon and night to get his routines sharpened up for his big chance...."

He started talking to them and told them I had just left but that I got MJ's sig tattooed on my back- Well it turns out Kenny was sitting near me at the pool the day before and I didn't even know. Now it is Mr. Jackson in Givenchy Fall/Winter 07...the womenswear. Who on earth is turning the last 20th century icon on to all these very directional pieces. The Hiss Squad assures us the secret weapon in Mr Jackson's recent style offensive is Rushka Bergman, the L'Uomo Vogue contributing editor and former stylist for the Valentino campaign who now works as a creative consultant and stylist for La Michael. TI is feverently hoping for MJ in those Balenciaga FW 09 silk sari pants next.

    MICHAEL JACKSON STYLIST RUSHKA BERGMAN


    Rushka Bergman, my lovely friend has done it again and transformed Michael Jackson with modern sharp styling putting him in a Tom Ford black suit and a Balmain black T shirt with sequins, topped off with a Balmain belt. Rushka is the stylist of Michael Jackson.


    Last year she transformed me into Marilyn Monroe, which gave me so much fun... This year has been fantastic, and from feeling dowdy I am alive with exciting adventures..2 films, 3 book launches, an exhibition, and now I am Fashion Editor of GENLUX MAGAZINE, Los Angeles.. I can give credit to her brilliant styling, and my sense of adventure to follow her. Michael Jackson is a lucky man to have met her.


    Can't wait for Mr Jackson to come to London, I shall get ready to watch for Rushka's sleek ideas, and his new appeal

    Michael Jackson wants to jump six feet into the air during his shows


    McLaren engineer Rich Cassidy launches off the Toaster Lift at Tait Towers facility in Pennsylvania. A mechanical catapult used by various musical performers in their tour stages, the Lift acts like a seesaw, featuring a large counterweight system on one end and a platform on the other.


    McLaren is designing four Lifts for Michael Jacksons 2009 concert tour but, unlike the Lift that Cassidy test here, the new ones will propel Jackson and his dancers six feet into the air, without any sort of jump required! Video courtesy of Tait Towers.
