    Katherine Jackson Won't Inherit MJ's Estate

    TMZ has learned Michael Jackson intended to provide for his mother during her lifetime, but once she dies her share of the estate will go directly to MJ's three kids.
    As we first reported, under the trust, 40% of Michael's estate goes to Katherine. The kids get 40% and the remaining 20% goes to charity. But we've learned ... Katherine Jackson will not get 40% outright.


    The trustees -- John Branca and John McClain -- decide what money should go to the beneficiaries. Katherine has no voice in those decisions. Whatever remains in Katherine's trust when she dies goes directly to the children.


    Bottom line -- Katherine will get a healthy stipend for the rest of her life ... now she's getting a hefty allowance and when the trust kicks in she'll probably get more. But she will not inherit 40% of her son's estate.

    Randy Jackson: Money, That's Not What I Want

    Everyone expected the Jacksons to wage internal war over who gets what part of Michael's estate ... but Randy Jackson claims they already have enough money.


    Randy was reacting to our story yesterday -- revealing that Katherine Jackson's 40% cut of Michael's estate will go directly to MJ's three kids when she dies. That means the kiddies will end up with 80% of the estate -- the remaining 20% goes to charity. So Michael's bros and sisters will inherit nada.


    Here's Randy's take:


    "The family is fine with it. Who cares about the money? We have enough money. If I cared about the money, I'd be doing a reality show and doing interviews."

    Katherine Jackson says Michael Jackson's kids will not appear on any TV reality show in her lifetime.


    Katherine tells TMZ Michael would never want his kids to appear on TV, much less on a reality show. She says her son went to great lengths to protect the kids from TV cameras, often shielding them with masks.


    There are reports A&E's Jackson reality show will include MJ's 3 kids. Katherine, who is the legal guardian of the kids and ultimately makes the decision, tells us it will NOT happen.

    Ex-Wife to Jermaine: Yo' Mama Pays My Bills

    Jermaine Jackson's baby mama claims the singer has left her so dirt poor ... that she's been forced to accept supermarket gift cards from Jermaine's mom just so she can feed the kids.


    Alejandra Jackson filed legal documents in L.A. County Superior Court claiming Jermaine is a deadbeat dad who hasn't paid $35,550 in court-ordered child support payments for their two kids, Jermajesty and Jaffar.


    In the docs Alejandra says Jermaine's own mother sees how bad the situation is and often bails her out with "gift cards to Ralphs in varying months so that I can pick up food for our children, usually between $300 and $400."


    Alejandra also claims Jermaine was lying to the court when he claimed he only made $35k in 2008 -- pointing out that he lives in the same "estate home" in Calabasas, drives the same "luxury vehicles" and has the same "luxury lifestyle" he had before.


    The two are due back in court to battle it out -- so far, no date has been set.

    Genau so hat Jermaine es schon bei seiner letzten Ehefrau davor auch gemacht... Manche Dinge ändern sich nie.

    nunja, das eine hat ja nix mit dem anderen zu tun.
    davon ab, dass es ebenso seine privatsache is, wie michaels private angelegenheiten.
    das hat nichts damit zu tun, dass man nicht den bruder schmerzlich vermisst und versucht, ihn weiter positiv in der öffentlichkeit zu vertreten und seiner zu gedenken.
    sicher nicht anständig, wenn da keine kohle für die kids rausgeht/ging.
    andererseits darf man auch hier nicht jedes wort als festgemeißelt betrachten, denn verlassene, vielleicht betrogene frauen, lassen gerne mal nach der trennung nicht viele gute haare an den ex-männern.
    is ja umgekehrt auch oft so :Q
    bißchen schwingt bei solchen öffentlichen 'anklagen' ja auch verletzter stolz und rache mit.
    davon ab, dass solche geschichten dann auch mediengerecht in szene gesetzt werden (in büchern, magazinen oder interviews...)
    fakt is, dass diese...'damen' bislang recht wenig dazu sagten.
    und nun, wo jermaine und die anderen etwas mehr ins licht der öffentlichkeit gerückt sind,
    nun wird das alles viel mehr nach aussen getragen.
    ein schelm, wer böses dabei denkt...;Q
    nobody is perfect. michael war es nicht, jermaine ist es nicht,
    wir alle sind es nicht.
    es ist mies, den unterhalt net zu löhnen...
    aber wer weiss, warum weshalb wieso und wie das alles zusammenhängt.
    ich glaube nicht einfach mal das, was nur von einer seite gesagt wird, ohne dass die andere seite dazu stellung genommen hat.
    das habe ich bei michael nicht,
    das werd ich auch hier nicht. :P
