    Please do not worry. Orders placed after 6th December with TicketMaster were not due to be fulfilled until after Christmas because we had sold out of our first shipment. You should have been made aware of that when you placed your order. I have a new shipment coming in to the UK on 14th January and your order will be shipped out shortly thereafter. I will be sending you a tracking number as soon as Fedex provide me with it. I am sorry that you have a had to wait for your Opus, but it will be with you shortly.

    Ich habe im September mein Exemplar per Mail direkt bei Opus bestellt, weil ich nicht wollte dass die schon gleich bei der Bestellung meine Kreditkarte belasten (so vor Weihnachten ist man ja nicht immer flüssig). Das war in den FAQ als Möglichkeit aufgeführt. Habe dann auch noch ein Paar Nachfragen (z.B. auch Telefonnummer) von denen bekommen. Aber bisher habe ich das Buch nicht bekommen :(
    Habe auch schon einmal per Mail nachgefragt, aber es kam keine Antwort.
    Soll ich einfach noch ein wenig warten?
