Jackson's Death 'Almost Certainly' a Homicide

Law enforcement sources tell us the L.A. County Coroner is scheduled to release the autopsy results in Michael Jackson's death next week, and the cause of death will "almost certainly" be homicide -- death at the hands of another.

We're told the Coroner himself will make the call mid-week, after he gets the final toxicology report from an outside consultant. But based on the draft report as well as what has become "clear evidence," causes other than homicide -- natural, accidental, accidental overdose, and suicide -- have been ruled out.

We've already reported that for weeks, the LAPD has treated Jackson's death as a homicide. They have served multiple criminal search warrants -- most recently at Dr. Conrad Murray's Houston medical office. Dr. Murray is actively being investigated as the person who may have administered the powerful anesthesia Propofol to Jackson the day he died.

We're told both the Coroner and LAPD have significant evidence that Propofol caused Jackson's heart to stop.

Jetzt steht es anscheinend fest, kein natürlicher Tod, Unfall, Selbstmord........ Propofol hat den Herzstillstand ausgelöst.
Denke für alle Fans war es von vornherein klar, das man Selbstmord ausschliessen konnte - Michael hätte niemals Selbstmord begangen, schon allein seiner 3 Kinder zu liebe.

Ich hoffe das jetzt endlich der/die Schuldigen Ihrer gerechten Strafe zugeführt werden.

Jackson Book Deal - Seizing the Moment

The court in the Michael Jackson probate case just authorized the special administrators to enter into proposed book publishing agreements.

The deal on the table involves a reprint of Jackson's autobiography, "Moonwalk," with Shaye Arehart books for U.S. and Canadian publishing rights, Michel Lafon for publishing rights in France, Heyne for publishing rights in Germany, and Heinemann for publishing rights in the United Kingdom.

UPDATE: 2:44 PM PT: How's this for brutal honesty? The documents state, "The Special Administrators believe that it is in the best interest of the Estate for all book publishing agreements to be entered as soon as possible, as sales of the book and profits for the estate will be maximized the sooner the book is released due to the notoriety surrounding Michael Jackson's unexpected death and the resulting heightened demand for such products."

Katherine and Kids Need Money -- STAT!

Lawyers for Michael Jackson's estate, along with Katherine Jackson's lawyer, went to court this morning, seeking temporary financial allowances -- and Katherine claims she needs the money to live.

The matter was put off until August 3, when lawyers will all appear in court.

UPDATE: 2:29 PM PT: Lawyers for the estate wrote in a written declaration, "We are informed that Mrs. Jackson was also financially dependent upon Michael Jackson and that other than extremely modest social security benefits, Mrs. Jackson has no independent means of support."

The declaration continues: "Michael Jackson died 4 weeks ago. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the Special Administrators to be authorized to pay family allowance for the benefits of Minor Children in order to ensure that the Minor Children's needs for maintenance and support are met."

The document also says other than social security benefits which the kids have not yet received, they are totally dependent on the estate for their care and support.

Durch seinen Tod hat er diesen "Machern", egal ob von AEG oder sonstwo, eine sprudelnde Geldquelle eröffnet.

Und jetzt beginnt der Kampf um die größten Stücke vom Kuchen.....

Hoffen wir einfach, das wir in den Genuss kommen "neue" Songs von Michael zu hören !!

Mir geht es so, na - ja ......

Klar, das Leben geht weiter und muss auch weiter gehen -ABER- es fehlt ein wesentlicher Teil - Michael lebt nicht mehr !

Seine Musik, sein Wesen, seine Ausstrahlung, sein Vermächtnis ....... alles das wird uns immer bleiben und ich glaube sagen zu können, das er den Menschen auf der Erde soviel hinterläßt und das im positiven Sinne

Ich bin sehr, sehr traurig über seinen sinnlosen, tragischen Tod und es wird sicherlich noch viel Zeit vergehen, bis es nicht mehr ganz so weh tut.

Hier im Forum zu lesen und zu schreiben, gibt mir soviel und nimmt auch viel von der "Trauerlast".

Bin sehr froh, das ich Euch alle hier gefunden habe !

Wir sind alle stolz und glücklich diese Botschaft von Michael empfangen und verstanden zu haben, Mr. Everett wird niemals in den Genuss kommen......

Manslaughter Cited in Dr. Murray Warrant

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, just released a statement about today's raid at the doc's office -- saying law enforcement officials were searching for evidence "of the offense of manslaughter."

"We can confirm that a search warrant was executed today on Dr. Murray's offices in Houston, Texas. We reviewed the warrant and remained on the premises while the search was being executed.

The search was conducted by members of the DEA, two Robbery – Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department and Houston Police officers.

The search warrant authorized law enforcement to search for and seize items, including documents, they believed constituted evidence of the offense of manslaughter.

Law enforcement concluded their search around 12:30pm, and left with a forensic image of a business computer hard drive and 21 documents. None of the documents taken had previously been requested by law enforcement or the L.A. Coroner's office."

Talent hat er auf alle Fälle !

Da scheinen ja ein paar richtig fähige Leute bei den Cops zu sein.... sollte dieser Dr. Murray was zu vertuschen haben, dann hatte er doch in den letzten fast 4 Wochen Zeit genug dazu....

Die Cops gehen doch nicht ernsthaft davon aus, das Sie in den Praxisräumen noch was finden was der "Wahrheitsfindung" dient......

Ohne Ihnen was unterstellen zu wollen, aber es hat ja den Anschein, das man nicht wirklich an der "Wahrheit" interessiert ist oder hat es wirklich so lange gedauert um handfeste Beweise gegen den Doc in der Hand zu haben ?!
Das "wenn vorhanden gewesene Belastungsmaterial", soll wohl schon lange im Schredder gelandet sein.....

Ich empfinde eigentlich nur Trauer und hoffe, das sich der oder die "Schuldigen" verantworten müssen !

Home Video Sheds Insight on Jackson Family

For those curious about the kind of home Michael Jackson's kids would grow up in under Katherine and Joe, some never-before-seen video of the family may be the best glimpse.

The more than 40-hours of footage -- showing Joe with several grandchildren in their Hayvenhurst home months before Michael's death -- is the only known video showcasing them living as a family.

Joe can be seen repeatedly praising the kids -- at one point even telling granddaughter Genevieve she could have a potential singing career because "You have the talent. You are a Jackson."

Joe also speaks pointedly about Michael, saying no one but the family truly knows the kind of gentle spirit he is, saying "Anybody in pain, you see tears coming from (Michael's) eyes."

The production company, Xonger Global Entertainment Network, is working with Beverly Hills talent agency APA to license the footage -- originally filmed in hope of making a reality show.

So far, ABC is the only network to license any of the footage.

Es sind "Polizeidokumente......Was steht uns noch bevor mit den Autopsieberichten bzw. der Autopsie, wurde das evtl. auch noch alles von den Cops gefilmt ? Welch Horrorvorstellung

Und dann soll dieses Department auch noch Michaels Tod aufklären........ Das scheint ja eine ziemlich korrupte, geldgeile Mafia zu sein.......
Ist die Wahrheit überhaupt gewollt ....???

Anscheinend gibt es keine Moral, kein Gerechtigskeitssinn und vor allen Dingen keine Wahrung der Privatspähre mehr !

Und dieses " rauskramen von alten Sachen", die wie wir alle wissen, völlig an den Haaren herbeigezogen und gelogen waren, echt Menschen verachtent was da abläuft !!!

Why is Michael's Mom Mounting Legal Challenge?

Sources connected to Michael Jackson's family tell us some family members as well as lawyers for the estate are ticked off at some legal eagles who may be trying to start a legal war.

Attorneys Londell McMillan and Burt Levitch do not represent Michael's estate -- they represent Katherine Jackson personally. They filed legal papers Friday asking a judge to rule if Katherine can object to the appointment of the executors named in Michael's will and still collect the money her son left her.

Here's the issue. There's a "no contest" clause in the will, meaning anyone who files objections to the will automatically gets no money. McMillan and Levitch want to know if the "no contest" clause would apply if Katherine only objects to the executors Michael chose.

Here's what's bugging some family members and the lawyers representing the estate ... the will gives Katherine 40% of Michael's estate, so she can't be upset about that. The will names Katherine guardian for the children .. again, that's what she wants. And the named executors -- John Branca and John McClain -- are Michael's longtime, trusted advisors and friends.

So why would Katherine object to the will or the executors? A lot of people who are in the middle of it all feel Katherine is being manipulated and doesn't really understand the implications of mounting a legal challenge.

So why are McMillan and Levitch kicking up dust?
