• Paris Jackson's Co-Guardian Is Reportedly BARELY EVER Around!!!

After Paris Jackson's suicide attempt - child-welfare investigators have been actively seeking to learn
what Paris' environment was like prior to last Wednesday.
And apparently they've already learned something that they did not know!

Cousin T.J. Jackson, who is co-guardian of Paris and her brothers - Prince and Blanket - is not around much
to check on his family members!

That's because he lives two hours away from them!
This totally surprised the LA County Child and Family Services.
Here's what a source said:
“They thought he was living around the corner.
They were totally surprised by this. They’ve said
they’re going to need a few days to sort this out.
So the bottom line is we have an 83-year-old
woman raising teenagers by herself, and that just
won’t fly."
It obviously won't fly and obviously didn't fly!
And even though family members apparently are quite found of T.J. and the current situation - it's what
the LA’s Department of Child and Family Services wants that will matter in the end.

Whatever rules they decide will be the rules that the Jackson family will have to abide by.

Paris Jackson's Unfair Inheritance

Posted by Scott Kearnan June 7, 2013 06:47 PM

When Michael Jackson died in 2009, I thought it might signal a turning point. For the first time in twenty years, conversations about MJ were actually focusing on his talent. A generation that only knew him as a Halloween costume and/or ethereal, Casper-like Pied Piper learned that he was, at one point, a groundbreaking musician and live entertainer. I dare say there was almost a whiff of guilt in the air, at least among entertainment writers and pop culture pundits: Sure, he was weird, but we probably didn't help. Too bad he wound up hiding his gifts from the world. After a decade spent embracing new, crueler ways of reveling in celebrity downfalls, either goading stars toward self-destruction with exceptional bloodlust (Britney Spears) or tacitly rewarding them for it until they reached an early grave (Anna Nicole Smith), it actually felt good to be talking well of someone's legitimate talent, whatever specters of scandal loomed nearby. Maybe the Era of Mean was becoming passe.

Nope. This week, Jackson's 15-year old daughter was rushed to the hospital after attempting suicide, her mother confirmed. It's too soon to know why she did it, but it is quickly becoming apparent that Paris Jackson was dealing with a slew of issues, including malicious cyber-bullying often aimed at her over her father. She's destined to inherit plenty of her dad's money, but it seems as a teenager she's inherited his problems too......

• Paris Jackson 'won't return to her private school' amid claims that she was tormented by group of bullies

While Paris Jackson remains in hospital as she recovers from her suicide attempt, her family members have reportedly decided to withdraw her from the private school that she has been attending.
Claims that the 15-year-old has been severely bullied by a group of fellow students have emerged, suggesting that the teen was miserable at school and does not want to return.
A family source told RadarOnline: 'It has already been decided she wont be going back to the school she had been attending.'
'Paris had been absolutely miserable at the school for a long time, and there is a clique of mean girls that had been bullying her,' they added.
The young aspiring actress, who was hospitalised last week after trying to take her own life, has reportedly been tormented at the elite private school and the situation has recently been escalating.
'Paris might be home schooled, and there is talk of her attending a performing arts high school which could be a perfect fit for her,' added the source.

An investigation into Paris' wellbeing has been formally ordered by a judge overseeing the guardianship of Michael Jackson's three children, court records show.
Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff ordered an investigator to look into Paris Jackson's health, education and welfare on Thursday.
It comes after the teenager was taken by ambulance from her family's home and hospitalised in the early hours of Wednesday morning after attempting to take her own life.
The judge's order follows reports that TJ Jackson - who was made a co-guardian of Michael Jackson's three children last year alongside his grandmother Katherine - has moved 76 miles away from where Paris, 15, Prince, 16, and Blanket, 11, live in LA, without informing Child And Family Services.

The authorities are said to have discovered that the 34-year-old now lives two hours away when they inspected the Calabasas home where the 15-year-old reportedly tried to commit suicide, and will now be investigating.
A source told The New York Post: 'They thought he was living around the corner. They were totally surprised by this. They’ve said they’re going to need a few days to sort this out.'
'So the bottom line is we have an 83-year-old woman raising teenagers by herself, and that just won’t fly,' they added.
TJ is said to have upped sticks and left the area a few months ago and relocated to the town of Corona, and reported failed to tell the correct authorities.

But a separate source, close to the estate, said: 'They [the executors] are very satisfied with him. There is no issue.'
And it seems that, despite her current condition, Paris will still be taking part in a film that she was due to appear in.
TMZ reports that film sources working on Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys have said that they are aware of the incident and that it will mean that their insurance policy will change.
'There's a policy that we will have to buy now that we would not have had to buy prior to the incident,' said the source.
'We're prepared to pay a large amount of money for the policy. Fortunately, we have a big budget,' they added.

Paris Jackson's mother Debbie Rowe, grandmother Katherine and aunt La Toya Jackson were all spotted visiting her at her LA hospital after she was admitted after her suicide attempt.
Sources say that while Paris is close to the Jackson matriach, she has been searching for more guidance.
'Paris loves her grandmother but feels that Katherine can't provide for her emotional needs,' an insider tells People magazine.
'She and Katherine are close, but it just isn't working for Paris. That's why Paris has turned to Debbie Rowe. There is something missing in Paris's life. The family hasn't really taken this serious.'

• 'I want to live': Paris Jackson tells family that she 'doesn't want to die' as she's rushed to hospital
By Daily Mail Reporter
PUBLISHED: 12:27 GMT, 9 June 2013 | UPDATED: 13:25 GMT, 9 June 2013

Paris Jackson was rushed to hospital after an apparent suicide attempt last week, but according to her family she didn't want to die.

Putting the incident down to a 'cry for attention' rather than a genuine attempt to end her life, a family member has reportedly revealed that the 15-year-old told paramedics that she wanted to live as they rushed her to hospital.

The source rubbished reports that the daughter of Michael Jackson left a suicide note after downing painkillers and cutting her wrists on Wednesday and claimed that she cried out that she missed her father after the incident.

'This latest episode was scary for everyone,' the source, who was reportedly at the scene with Paris, told The New York Post.

'She’s basically kicking and screaming when the paramedics came, saying, ‘I want to live. I do. I just don’t want to live here. I wish my daddy was here,'' they added.

Rumours that the teen had been self-harming emerged as pictures of her surfaced with scars on her wrists last week.

Speaking to the paper the source added: 'She cuts, yes, she cuts, OK. We are aware, and her problems and concerns are being addressed, but there was no meat cleaver, it was a regular... kitchen knife.'

Paris has reportedly now been moved from the facility she was originally at to the UCLA Medical Center where her father died.

According to TMZ, the teenager was transferred there on Saturday night after her 72-hour psychiatric hold came to an end.

Her family members have reportedly decided to withdraw her from the private school that she has been attending after reports of bullying emerged.

Claims that the 15-year-old has been severely bullied by a group of fellow students surfaced this week, suggesting that the teen was miserable at school and does not want to return.

• Media prove “worry” about Paris Jackson by laying her life bare as sick journo jokes about her and Stephen Fry

In the days following the suicide attempt of Paris Jackson, the daughter of Michael Jackson, the media expressed their “concerns” and “worries” about the 14 year old. They did this by delving even deeper into the young girls life: exposing every thought and feeling they could get their hands on – weather true or not. Accusing her brother and other siblings of being to blame, deciding for her that she wants to live with Debbie Rowe and wants independence, going through her Twitter, going to her school and stalking her friends. Then after that, and after stalking Prince, they go all out with accusations towards the Jackson family and their handling of the situation, saying that Paris should be a child and needs privacy and protection. Of course Paris will get well quickly, seeing herself plastered on every rag filled with junk about her life.

Then to top it all, The Daily Mail runs a FRONT PAGE article asking if Paris wanted to kill herself because she was told her father is not her true biological father. In the article Michael Jackson is accused of being a bad parent that refused his children to see their mother. Which is false, Debbie Rowe categorically said at the time that she didn’t want anything to do with the children. They also claim he refused them a female figure in their lives: his mum and three sisters were often at his house, as was Elizabeth Taylor and most importantly: Nanny Grace Rwaramba, who was so close to the children that they almost called her ‘mother’.
Grace said in a 2012 letter: “In January of 1997, Michael Jackson asked me to leave my job as Personnel Director at MJJ Productions and help him take care of a son that would be born a month later. That son was Prince. Little did I know that I would spend the next 12 years of my life helping his raise Prince, Paris and Blanket from the moment we brought them home from the hospital.

Everyone knows that Michael went to great lengths to protect his children from the public eye. While the use of veils and masks was unconventional, it only highlights how important this issue was to him. He understood, probably better than anyone, that growing up as a public figure, especially in the entertainment business, can be a recipe for disaster. We can all probably name several child or young stars who struggled and in some cases failed to move into normal adult lives because of the pressures they faced as children.”

The fact that Michael protected his children is now used against him, they say he was a bad parent who isolated his children. He did not, don’t forget: they lived at Nederland, a place that was always filled with the children his family, the children of his staff and kids that came to play. You could say that these kids had a better childhood then anyone: days filled with meeting and mingling, their own amusement park and a dad that doted on them. The people that ruined it were the media: accusing Michael, trying to take his children away and hunted him down to destruction. The flawed deal with AEG then finished him off.

It was after his death that things got problematic for Paris: after her speech at her dad’s funeral she became his most famous child. The media couldn’t get enough of the pretty girl with the big blue eyes.
Quickly she became a big well known star, but she also found out about the internet, without her father to protect her: she was told all the lies and slurs about her father, and was often told by Tweeters that she was not his daughter. All because of articles in the press year by year, day in day out. How cruel must it be for children to read non stop lies and slander whom they lost and loved so dearly.

At the same time Paris found out about living in the spotlight: photographed day by day. They even managed to be present at the reunion with her mum, and turning it into something nasty.

It looks like the oh so “righteous” worried media might be the ones who need to look at themselves the most.
But judging this delightful Tweet from Metro journo Neal Sean they are devoid of feelings as he joked: “Paris Jackson Vs Stephen Fry , talk about been upstaged …#windoutofsails #parisjackson #attentiontome”

Let’s end with what Grace Rwaramba said about Paris last year: “Please, be fair to Paris. Give her the chance to make and learn from her mistakes without demonizing her. She is a spirited, very expressive and dramatic young girl. The traits that made her the apple of her father’s eye are the same traits that she must learn to control as she matures into adulthood. Let’s be careful not to dim her spirit. It breaks my heart to think that Paris and her brothers could become the subject of endless criticism for simply being kids.

Michael loved his children very much. He gave them the tools they will need to become good and decent individuals. I am confident that in time, Paris and her brothers will learn that their family loves and wants what’s best for them. Until then, please take her tweets with a grain of salt. No child should have 700,000 followers on twitter or any other social media platform.”

• Diana Ross Has Paris Jackson's Back!!! The Motown Legend Offers Her Support!

Paris Jackson's suicide attempt has many people rattled!
And one person who definitely is concerned about Paris is
her godmother - Motown legend Diana Ross!
Here's what a source had to say about the singer's
concerns:
"Diana is extremely concerned about Paris.
She was stunned that Paris attempted suicide and has vowed to make sure she gets the help she needs.
[She is] planning on visiting Paris after she is released from hospital — and it will be out of the glare
of the media.”
But just because she's concerned about Paris - that doesn't
mean she feels Paris isn't being taken care of!
The singer absolutely respects Paris' legal guardian
Katherine Jackson, and isn't trying to supplant her as the
primary caregiver.
More from a source:
“Diana absolutely isn’t going to make a move for custody of the children after Paris’ suicide attempt.
She only wants what is best for them. Diana has tremendous respect for Katherine and all that she has
done for the children and told her, last week when they spoke, that if she needed anything, she stands
ready to help in anyway. Diana told [MJ's kids} they could call her anytime they needed anything.”
Diana WOULD become the guardian of Michael Jackson's
kids - Paris, Prince, and Blanket - if anything happened to
Katherine Jackson though.
The King of Pop made sure of that when he made up his
will, which states the following:
“If any of my children are minors at the time of my death, I nominate my mother, Katherine Jackson as
guardian of the persons and estate of such minor children. If Katherine Jackson fails to survive me, or is
unable or unwilling to act as guardian, I nominate Diana Ross as guardian of the persons and estates of
such minor children.”
We're glad Diana is stepping up to the plate, and is
reaching out to Paris. She needs all of the support she can
get!

Right on, Diana!

It's important to note ... when the judge held the guardianship hearing shortly after Michael died ... Debbie voiced concern about the welfare of the kids but accepted Katherine as guardian as long as the kids were protected.

Debbie NEVER waived her right to a guardianship, and we're told the judge would take Debbie seriously, given the fact that she's the biological mother with a meaningful relationship with Paris.

• Paris Jackson Wants to Attend Cousin's Weekend Wedding, Could Be Out of Hospital by Friday

Paris Jackson's hospital stay could be over very soon.
A source close to the family exclusively tells E! News that the 15-year-old is expected to be released from UCLA Medical Center by Friday so that she can attend cousin Taj Jackson's wedding on Sunday. Paris was transferred from Children's Hospital in Calabasas to UCLA last night.

"The plan is to not keep her past Friday," says the insider. "[Co-guardian] T.J.'s brother Taj is getting married and she desperately wants to be there and everyone wants her to be there."

We're told that "all" of the Jacksons are "so far" planning attend the wedding bash at the Jacksons' Encino, Calif., compound.
As for Paris' condition, the source says, "She is in a much better place. She is doing better. From what I understand, she is now.

She was rushed to the hospital last Wednesday morning after allegedly overdosing on pills and, according to this family source, cutting herself with a kitchen knife (and not a meat cleaver, as some outlets have reported).

"Tito and Dee Dee got married on June 16, 1972. Taj and Thayana will get married on June 16, 2013," Taj Jackson wrote on Facebook alongside a Jet magazine cover from July 20, 1972, featuring his parents' nuptials.

Taj took to Twitter last month to defend Paris' father in light of choreographer Wade Robson's new accusation that Michael Jackson had molested him as a child.
Jackson's estate is fighting the claim, saying the statute of limitations for a civil suit in the matter has passed. A judge is looking into whether parts of Robson's complaint should be unsealed.
