Michael Jackson's second posthumous album will be launched in April with a ''new'' song titled Love Never Felt So Good, according to its co-writer, Paul Anka, right. The veteran Canadian showman, who plays Hamer Hall on March 5, says the song, leaked online in demo form, hails from the same 1983 sessions that yielded Jackson's first posthumous hit, This Is It. Anka successfully sued Jackson's estate over that five years ago, claiming Jackson's minders stole tapes from his studio.

ich hoffe so sehr , dass es eine Ente ist mit Love never felt so good, dieser Song eignet sich auf keinen Fall für eine Single und als Lead Single sowieso nicht

Aber er gefällt mir trotzdem. Love und this is it Sind verdammt gute Lieder, aber leider auch ungeeignet im Moment, aber dieser Bericht dürfte eh Müll sein.

Barcelona, Spain (CNN) -- Sony has announced a tie-up with the estate of Michael Jackson, allowing them to use his music to promote the release of a new smartphone. But the announcement left some Jackson fans unimpressed.

The previously-unreleased track "Slave to the Rhythm" featured as part of a 90-second video shown to journalists at the launch of the Xperia Z2 phone at the world's biggest mobile trade fair in Barcelona, Spain, on Monday.

A version of the song featuring Justin Bieber surfaced online in 2013, but the Jackson estate said the recording was not authorized, and insisted it be removed from YouTube and other sites.

A version of the song leaked online in 2010 following Jackson's death in 2009 from "acute propofol intoxication."

In a statement, Jackson's estate said: "The Estate of Michael Jackson and Epic Records are very excited about the partnership with Sony Mobile announced this morning at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

"We are thrilled with the use of the new solo Michael Jackson recording, "Slave To The Rhythm," which is featured in the 90 second online spot for the new Xperia Z2 phone."

ausgehend von dem kurzen ausschnitt finde ich diesen timbaland remix ganz ok. schöne 808 beats. umwerfen tuts aber auch nix.

der remix den man davor kannte ist nicht so mein fall, bissl zu sehr 90er boygroup dance sound. da fand ich fast das bieber cover besser (von der musik her).

Eine frage, wo steht eigentlich dass timbaland diese Version gemacht hat? Gibt's dazu ne offizielle Bestätigung?

Hm jetzt wirds doch langsam Zeit das sich hier was tut. Man kann doch nicht einfach so einen unbedeutsamen Werbeclip hochladen und dann denken das jetzt ein Hype entsteht. Ich würde den Song schnellstmöglich veröffentlichten ich weiß gar nicht auf was der Estate wartet?? Naja vllt wollen sie erstmal den großen Hype der ja anscheinend herrscht etwas abkühlen lassen, bis das Interesse und die Wahrnehmung: hey da war dovhmal was mit mj und nem sony Handy...naja genug von meiner Enttäuschung. Freitag wäre aber ein guter Tag den Song der Welt zu präsentieren

ich denke mal, im Moment hat das Handy Priorität. Aber es muss was passieren, spätestens wenns Handy aufn Markt kommt im März. Dann wirds auch was in SAchen "MJMUSIK" geben.

Dem Estate ging es ja sicherlich darum, möglichst viel Geld dafür zu bekommen, dass der Song in dieser Handy Werbung verwendet wird. Nur mal vermutet, aber je mehr Exklusivität der Estate einräumt (Zeit bis der Song richtig veröffentlicht wird), desto mehr wird die Handybude dafür hinlegen. Daher würde ich jetzt nicht sofort / sehr bald mit ner Single rechnen. Aber wir werdens sehen...

Da muss ich zum Teil widersprechen... Bei Sony und Samsung ist das jetzt ein wenig anders. Beide entwickeln einen Brand (Galaxy und Xperia). Insofern wird das Lied hier nicht für irgendein Handy benutzt. Die Xperia Marke ist eine, die wirklich mit den Samsung Handysmithalten kann. Es ist also schon mal etwas mehr, als irgendsoein Handy.
Was ich ziemlich cool finde, auch wenn mir der Remix nicht gefällt.

^ Ich denke nicht, dass dies so sein wird. Im Artikel steht ja auch, dass diese Nachrichtenagentur lediglich mutmaßt. Da sind null legitime neue Infos enthalten.

Der Clip hat übrigens schon 3, 6 Mio. Clicks. Laut Sky-News wird MJs neues Album Ende April herauskommen und zunächst vor allgemeiner Albumveröffentlichung exclusiv über das Smart-Phone erhältlich sein. Ähnlich hatte es Jay-Z zuletzt praktiziert....

It is the news Michael Jackson fans have been waiting for - but those desperate for a new album by the King of Pop may have to buy a new mobile phone to hear it.
Sky News understands Sony Music Entertainment will release an album of the late singer's unreleased material and lost tracks by the end of April.
However, it will initially be available only as pre-installed music on the Sony Xperia Z2 phone.
An advert for the Xperia Z2 phone uses a song from the album - a remix of Jackson track 'Slave 2 The Rhythm'.
The ad features a ballerina dancing with a red sheet, and Sky News sources believe this will form part of the music video.
The album is being produced by Epic Records, which is owned by Sony, and its chief executive LA Reid is thought to be personally involved.
It would be the first Jackson album featuring fresh material since 2010's 'Michael'.
Music journalist Kevin Hughes said Jackson would probably have welcomed the move to release the songs on the smartphone.
"A couple of years before his death Michael became very interested in YouTube and the future of music and the delivery of it to his fans and how they would purchase or download his music," he told Sky News.
"Average fans might be initially disappointed but there is such expectation they will do anything to get hold of it so likely they will invest in the phone.
"It has worked for artists in the past so could do again.
"But from what I have heard these tracks are such high quality it will definitely get people talking about his music again in 2014."
Jackson was said to be working on new songs when he died in 2009 and rumours of an album surfaced last year.
Renowned producer Timbaland is known to be working on several tracks.
His official DJ, Freestyle Steve, tweeted last year: "So last night I heard some of the new tracks Timbaland is doing for the King of Pop … WOW!"
Sony's official price for the Xperia Z2 is £599 in the UK and is expected to cost about $600 in the US.
The company is not the first to use music to sell phones.
Rapper Jay Z made the first million copies of his 2013 album 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' available for free download to Samsung customers.
