Ja, im MJNO wird weiterhin kontrovers diskutiert und die Meinungen gehen weit auseinander, nachzulesen hier.
Des Weiteren mal zwei unterschiedliche Meinungen dazu:

I think the theory that Michael is in some bits, and not others is reaching. It's clearly all one person. Since when have we ever had to question whether it's Michael singing or not? Never..
I'd put MJNO on the line to say this isn't Michael. It's likely a fan, or someone heavily influenced by Michael's old vocal style. I was halfway expecting the guy to yell, "I'm baadd!!"
It doesn't even matter if there were a song in the outtakes called Mamacita. It still doesn't make it Michael in this piece of audio, which it clearly is not.
I guess we're all so desperate for new stuff - but this...geez. Come on now! Just listen to the english parts - the underlying accent isn't Michael, it sounds boybandish, and this guy is clearly young, maybe in his early 20s.

There's a fan (I think his name is peterpanpyt or something like that) who at first sounds like MJ but he doesn't have the nuances perfected and that's the only thing that gives him away. THIS is probably the closest I've heard if it isn't the real thing. And the english-spoken parts probably sound offish becuz it sounds like, if it's Michael, that he's trying to give off this macho spanish vibe. It does sound younger than Michael BUT I just watched the speaking parts of the YRMW vid and Michael sounds very young there, altho he sounds much older on the CD. And he seemed to be going thru a little macho thing during the Invincible era. Remember the Chris Tucker speaking part at the beginning of YRMW? We know how his voice can go up and down and I forget just now who stated how 2000 watts was a very different sound for Michael. He seemed to be experimenting with different sounds during that period. During LWMJ there were times when he sounded extremely young and other times more mature.
The chorus sounds like someone else is harmonizing with him and Invincible was probably the album where Michael used a lot more background vocals other than soley his own. This song sounds like there's a blend of voices there. Maybe Brandy or someone from that era who did backing vocals on Invincible is mixed in with MJ's there?
I like the song. It's nice. If it's not MJ, it should've been. If you hear Michael singing IJCSLY in French and Spanish he sounds very different than he does in english. You can't sing songs in other languages with a normal American accent. You have to try and mimic the accent of the language, and THAT may be why it doesn't sound like Michael to some of you.
I'll go out on a limb and say I think it's him or at least parts of it.

Es wäre zu schön, wenn man mal von einer offiziellen Seite eine Stellungnahme dazu bekommen könnte. An einigen Stellen hat die Stimme so eine starke Ähnlichkeit mit Michael, dass es, wenn es ein Fake ist, der beste Fake ist, den ich bislang gehört habe...
