(YOUTUBE REMOVE MY CHANNEL) The Man in the Mirror Documentary....my final MJ video...Farewell!

    I received a copyright claim on a video ive had on youtube for 2 years, Smile by Bourne Co.?


    I received the warning email and then last night my channel was gone. I believe some malicious fan has flagged my channel and youtube without hestitation have removed it. I never gained any profit from my channel, as i said i just wanted to show the world Michael was the King of Pop.



    I have my suspicions about who was behind it but its too late now, they have taken my motivation to do anything with my youtube channel and taken my spirit, thats what is most hurtful, they have taken a piece of my heart, I cant tell you how upset I am, I just cant go on.

    Ich werde auf jeden Fall ein Backup von allen Videos anfertigen, also es wird nichts verloren gehen. Wie es jetzt genau weitergeht, ob die Website offen bleibt oder nicht, das entscheidet big db natürlich selbst.

    not like its gone for good? my entire work on youtube is gone, all 1500 subs, friends, comments, honours everything!


    Sony have had no problems with my videos but a company Ive never even heard of says I infringe copyright on the smile video, how exactly, its MJJ Productions and Sony that own the copyright! and they allow third party content.
    that video has been up on youtube for 2 years and now its flagged, it was someone who flagged my channel! :tatort



    My work is gone for good, BigDB the videos is finished.

    maybe it wasnt any ill willed flaggers on youtube
    but only the follow up action to that copyright claim for the
    Bourne Co. video... once youtube took a closer look into the whole account.


    i once had an account that was deleted by youtube
    including videoclips i had permission to post
    but some were recordings from VIVA tv with their logo watermark in
    the clips. since VIVA made youtube delete all such clips a while ago...
    that alone seems to have been enough for youtube to delete the whole
    account without a warning. :tatort

    what company was it?
    and did you remove the clip after you received the copyright claim?

    I know it was, after an email sent to a certain Italian fan about the hoarding of the Brunei concerts and the auction, who were affiliated with the documentary by the way unknown to me.


    the company was Bourne Co. and the video was removed by youtube later that night, my account was gone. In two years I have never had a problem, so VIVA or whatever you refer to doesnt apply to me.


    Youtube dont just delete your account for one notice, and plenty of my videos were allowed to stay by Sony, the main company for all of Michaels copyrights. So unless I got a notice from them which I didnt, I am going to believe what I know in my heart, my channel was most definitely flagged.



    I havent had a repeated notices of copyright infringement and get one for a video that is on the web for 2 years, on other peoples accounts and also has hundreds of videos made for the song?


    Its unfair!

    Bourne Co. seems to be the publisher of Charlie Chaplin's music.
    so theres the connection to "Smile".
    (i guess you also used video material of Chaplin?)


    if Sony didnt state this clearly, i wouldnt say they "allowed"
    using stuff they own copyrights to. the internet is a jungle
    of copyright infringements... they can't see it all.


    anyway, that kind of zero tollerance policy by youtube, myspace etc
    sucks indeed... they give a damn about the individual account.
    sorry to hear you lost all your network etc with this.

    its not just that, its as if my whole artistic legacy will never have existed thanks to these assholes, what wrong was I doing, was profiting from anything? :(



    I just wanted to show the world Michael was still the King of Pop! I am so confused as to why my channel has to take the brunt of it, as their is a smile video more viewed than mine thats been on youtube for longer!



    I FUCKING HATE Bourne Co.!

    Just read what happened with your channel on youtube.com ! It is really a pity that they did this. I can't really understand why they did that. All you wanted to do is to show us who michael jackson is through your creations, witch are really wonderful ! You know ... Stranger In Moscow is amazing ! I just love it.

    you will not know me but I am bigdb2984, a youtuber who you recently got suspended. I worked hard on a video for the song Michael recorded "Smile" and you put in a claim of copyright. I worked very hard on my videos for the last 4 years and have been gaining success on youtube from these videos, but not in the form of money or any other kind profit, it was respect I gained from the fans.


    I didn't steal the song to use in the video and the fact that you have focused on me and not the hundreds of other videos with chaplin films... and it makes me sick!


    Your company has erased all my work that took me years to create over the use of a song in which I could have removed.


    Its disgusting and really shows you horrible corporations for what you are, greedy and malicious.


    Thanks for ruining a big aspect of my life and disappointing over 1500 subscribers on youtube.


    If you are not consistant in your complaints over every Smile or Chaplin song posted on youtube, I will personally forward a report regarding this and your allowing of other channels to stay alive with your songs posted on them. Why should my channel be the only one singled out over this, its completely unfair

    I certainly hope Charlie Chaplin is proud of the publishing company as he rolls over in his grave.
