könnte also sein, dass dies dann nur eine kopie ist, schließlich würde jemand, der dies hat, es sicher nicht mehr hergeben wollen, da es davon wohl nur höchstens 10 exemplare weltweit gibt (der verkäufer behauptet 6)

  • BERNIE GRUNDMAN MASTERING - CD MASTER ACETATE (2000)
DANGEROUS NO-CLAIMS BONUS CUTS - DURATION: 42:21 Min

In 2000, Sony prepares the exit of Invincible actively. For the occasion, they decide to leave the special editions of the 4 large albums of Michael Jackson: Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad and Dangerous. At the beginning, Michael wanted to badly diffuse not demonstrations and news in no-claims bonus. For Dangerous, Michael wanted to strike even more extremely with straightforwardly second CD. It was a question of diffusing news like: Monkey Business, Work That Body, Happy birthday LISA (Extracted the drawing animated "The Simpsons". Michael had recorded this song for one of the episodes. But in contract with Sony, it had had to be replaced by John Clay Smith), or She Got It, Serious Effect and If You Don' T Love Me. The bands masters of these songs are then sent at Bernie Grundman Mastering. Bernie Grundman Mastering is occupied of the mixing and work on the tapes to give them a sound still better and ready to be engraved on CD. In order to return accounts on the progress of the work, they has a presentiment of CD Master (in a negligible number) which they envoyent at the houses of discs.

Jacket of CD - the presentation is more summary

However, Sony Music decides at the last time to alter the track list special editions. According to them, a too great number of news diffused on these editions, could kill the Invincible album. Exit thus several titles which were to be reproduced on the special editions of Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad. But most badly parcelled out was the special edition of Dangerous. All the news envisaged will be removed separately a remix Dangerous song!
And it is that which makes that this CD, which goes back to December 2000, is probably a single part! It contains all the news which were to be reproduced on second CD of the special edition of Dangerous. Here a small comment on the contents:

    - Bumper Snippet (Kid P.) ( 0:17 )
Small rhythmic 17 seconds made starting from cries and of splutterings of children. To give you an idea: it is as if Macaulay Culkin made cries and growls, the whole assembled so as to make a rate/rhythm.

    - Monkey Business ( 5:45 )
This new is not it any more because it is from now on available in the Box Set "The Ultimate Collection".

    - Work That Body ( 3:29 )
Most probably one of collaborations with Bryan Loren. The rhythmic one is rather soft, with many cymbals. Sometimes Work That Body makes think of Superfly Sister but in percussion. However, like much from demonstrations, it suffers on a repetitive side. Despite everything, Work That Body offers a rather sympathetic bridge. The refrain is soft, and Michael made there some singing exercises with the manner of its interpretation of "It' S Your Sing" at the time of the evening of the Misses Black America at the end of the Sixties.

    - If You Don't Love Me ( 4:13 )
You believe to know this piece? Undeceive. Because the version available on this CD is a good example of the work made by Bernie Grundman Mastering. The song like is metamorphosed! One hears there a multitude of sound which the version which circulates on Internet does not have. The song, which is shorter than version Internet, parrait dépoussièrée and becomes much more claquante and percussion. It is the good surprise of CD.

    - Serious Effect ( 4:18 )
Shorter than the version which circulates on Internet. There on the other hand, of not surprised separately the sound always also clearly and pure.

    - Happy Birthday LISA ( 1:36 )
Those which know the version of John Clay Smith can forget it. Admittedly the words are the same ones, but the music is completely different from the version of Simpsons. The rate/rhythm is less artisanal than the other version, and much heavier. Several synthés make the remainder for the melody. And there is of course the interpretation of Michael who does not have her similar. On the other hand (and fortunately), there is not the voice of Bart in the refrains. There is however a small bridge or Michael makes "oh oh" and do not hesitate to type in its hands. It is a very fresh song and unfortunately too short!

    - She Got It ( 4:28 )
There, we are in the presence of a percussion piece. The melody is very stripped and Michael sings primarily on the rate/rhythm a little with the manner of They Don't Care About Us One would say that Michael speaks a little the same thing there as on Superfly Sister. It speaks about the "servant boys", the "girls" and "sex". Towards the end of the piece, it bursts of laughing on several occasions. The refrain is éfficace all the same.
The instru is not very elaborate, some gimmicks are taken again of Superfly Sister, therefore there too it probably acts of a composition of duet MJ & Bryan Loren.

    - Black Or White Remix ( 3:33 )
It is acted in fact of the remix "The Clivillés & Cole Radio Mix" available on several maxis.

    - Dangerous (Alt. Ver) ( 6:38 )
Even demonstration that that available in the Box Set "The Ultimate Collection".

    - Who Is It (Remix) ( 7:56 )
It acts of the "IHS Mix" available in the Box Set "The Ultimate Collection".

CD. There too, the presentation is very simplistic, but normal for CD which is not intended for promotion or marketing. To note the post-it or it:"Hold not Good?" "Matt to clb".

With final, one considers it regrettable that Sony decided to remove second CD for the special edition of Dangerous. But, the advantage with this CD, it is extraordinnaire quality sound. Nothing to see with traditional CD who loses always a little in the capacity as listening. There, quality is optimal, and for little that you have a good Hifi material, you reach the nirvana.
Good it is sure there ' are other means of reaching it, but that makes the eyes very red and that makes us laugh stupidly.

  • Zu den angesprochenen Songs "She Got It", "Work That Body", Happy Birthday Lisa":

    Zitat

There are speculations on some french boards that there'll be an upload of this cd by the end of the year.

Well, I read this summer where a guy told he's thinking whether he should make for the others a xmas gift and share his songs with them. Back them I didn't pay attention to that as I didn't believed the story. But now, hmmm it's getting very intersting.

(würde also streng genommen in die Kategorie "Later-Released-Track" fallen)

Ich hab aber so schon genug Arbeit, wenn ich mal Zeit finde, hier was zu überarbeiten (und da gibt's immer was zu tun)... ;D ;D

    :P
