Falls Du mich meinst, so um die zwei Wochen rum. Mein Nachbar hat alles für mich erledigt (deshalb kann ich es nicht ganz genau sagen), da ich selbst keine Master-Card besitze

2 wochen - sehr cool ... dann müsst ich auch in einer woche rum was bekommen... mal sehen

Ihr habt ja alle mit Kreditkarte gezahlt, oder? Dann bekommt man doch das Geld auf das Konto, das normalerweise von der Kreditkarte belastet wird zurückerstattet, richtig?

kreditkarten laufen über girokonten ... ergo müsste das geld dahin zurück überwiesen werden.
aber ich hab auch kein plan wie das läuft... bin ja keine bankangestellte.
soweit ich weiss haben wir im forum aber eine die sich damit auskennen könnte

Ich habe gerade nachfolgende Mail von Ticketmaster erhalten, aber irgendwie verstehe ich nur Bahnhof....

Dear Ticketmaster customer,

We are writing with regards your purchase of tickets for the cancelled Michael Jackson events at The
O2.

As announced on 30 June 2009 by AEG Live, Michael Jackson's concert promoters, full refunds are
available to you for the ticket(s) you purchased through Ticketmaster for Michael Jackson's 'This Is
It' concerts which were to take place at The O2 Arena in London. These refunds will include all
ticket service charges and order processing fees.

Also as announced, you have the option of claiming your ticket in lieu of the refund. Images of the
specially created tickets will be seen here

Premium Tickets / Ticket Packages only:

For those customers who purchased a premium ticket OR purchased a ticket as part of a ticket
package, you also have the option either to:

(a) obtain a full refund for the amount you paid for that premium ticket or ticket package; or
(b) to be sent the actual tickets you would have received to attend the show. If you select this
second option to be sent your ticket, you will receive a refund of what you have paid for that
premium ticket or ticket package less (only) the face value of that ticket (and the order processing
fee and relevant service charge for that face value only).

The special offer to receive your actual tickets will remain valid until 23:59 GMT, 14 August 2009.

Please disregard this email if you have already submitted your request, please do not re-submit as
this will only delay the process.

In order to exercise your option, please go to the following website/webpage and click on the
relevant button to indicate whether you wish to obtain a full refund OR be sent the actual ticket

Ich habe vor ca. einer Woche das Geld von Viagogo zurückbekommen - sogar ca. 20 Euro mehr als ursprünglich bezahlt, wahrscheinlich wegen dem Wechselkurs.

also hab heute mal bei meinem Kreditinstitut (Visa)im Internet nachgeschaut und Ticketmaster hat mir nun auch schon alles zurückerstattet, bei der nächsten Auszahlung bekomm ich also das Geld wieder zurück.
Hatte es ungefähr 3 Tage nach der Bekanntgabe der Erstattungsmöglichkeit beantragt.
Habe ungefähr 10 Euro pro Karte als Gebühren verloren, das geht ja noch!

Hat sich auch jemand für die Tickets entschieden?

Ich habe mich für die Tickets entschieden - auch wenn ich es für Abzocke seitens AEG halte... Ich möchte aber einfach trotzdem mein Ticket haben, über das ich mich so gefreut hatte

Frage: Wenn man sich für die Tickets entschieden hat, bekam man eine Mail mit der Bestätigung oder gab es keine Bestätigungsmail?
Wer Geld zurück gefordert hat bekam, glaube ich zumindest gelesen zu haben, eine Bestätigung per Mail?!

Ich habe keine Mail bekommen, was mich, ehrlich gesagt, auch etwas irritiert hat. Aber ich warte nun einfach mal ab, denn eigentlich müßten die Tickets bald kommen

also ich hatte mich für 2 tickets als souvenir und 2 als refund entschieden.
der refund ist schon angekommen fehlen jetzt nur noch die 2 souvenir tickets...

funzt des auch bei mastercard?? hat da jemand ahnung von??

das geld wird immer auf die kreditkarte zurückgebucht, von der gekauft wurde. visa/mastercard sind ja quasi der standard. sobald es auf die kreditkarte zurückgebucht wurde, kommt es auch auf das konto, welches mit der kreditkarte gekoppelt ist.

also müsst ick des beim onlinebanking/kontoauszug sehen können obs drauf ist oder nich.
in meinem TM-account steht seit ner weile storniert drin also muss des doch schon abgearbeitet sein, bekomm aber kein geld
