    Das glaube ich auch - wenn sie sich um ihre Kinder kümmern will wird SIE Blanket wohl kaum abweisen. Vielleicht ist es auch wegen Blanket, daß sie auf ihre Kinder "verzichtet", denn Anspruch auf die beiden Großen zu bekommen würde automatisch bedeuten, daß Blanket außen vor bleibt... und das will sicher KEINER!!!

    Das finde ich auch super süß!!! Man sieht besonders bei den beiden was für eine enge Bindung und vor allem, was für eine tolle Erzeihung sie haben, denn für mich spricht dieses liebevolle Miteinander vor allem dafür, WIE sie es zuhause "geernt" haben und vorgelebt bekamen. Sie gehen sehr offen mit ihrer Zuneigung zueinander um (was auch bei Paris und ihrem Daddy immer soooo deutlich war... :sad)

    Roger Friedman has published the following information on the custody deal for Michael's children between Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson on his website Showbiz411.com:


    "When the custody deal for Michael Jackson’s kids is filed tomorrow in Los Angeles Family Court, it will spell the end of Joseph Jackson living at the family’s home.


    Part of the deal made by Debbie Rowe, the mother of the two eldest children, is that Joseph is gone for good from the Hayvenhurst Avenue, Encino, compound that he bought in the 1970s.


    Rowe—as noted before—will allow Katherine Jackson to be the official guardian of the children for the time being. It was Rowe who suggested that a psychologist be involved in her meetings with the kids, Prince—whom she calls Michael—and Paris, while she gets to know them.


    Rowe, who has a degree in psychology, is concerned, her friends say, that the kids not be manipulated or ”spun” after their meetings.


    Rowe, they say, hopes to meet with Katherine Jackson immediately this week, and perhaps schedule the first the session with the kids before the end of this week.


    It’s interesting to note that in the three years she was married to Michael Jackson, stayed at Neverland, and gave birth to two children whom his parents believed were his, Rowe never met Katherine or most of Michael’s siblings.


    Rowe, by the way, receives no remuneration—no more money—from Jackson’s estate other than existing agreements from 2006.


    She’ll have several things in her favor with the kids, who are of an age to understand a lot. Rowe has only been supportive and complimentary of Michael Jackson in interviews and statements. She came to his aid twice in the child molestation case, literally saving him in her testimony in 2005. She’s never sold an interview (except about her horses), or cashed in on Jackson’s scandals.


    As for Joe Jackson, Rowe’s lawyers made his absence from the children a non-negotiable part of the custody arrangement. There will be no more talk of Joe the manager trotting out his grandkids as “the Jackson Three” or anything else like that."

    12:55 -- The judge decided on the lesser amount because of concerns about duplicate expenses for the monthly allowance approved for Katherine.


    12:42 -- The judge has just granted 83.5% of what was requested for the children's allowance. Specific amounts were not discussed.


    12:41 -- The lawyers are now discussing the allowance for Jackson's three kids.


    12:40 -- Debbie Rowe will have visitation rights with her two kids and will continue getting spousal support based on the agreement she struck with Michael several years ago.


    12:39 -- The judge granted Katherine a financial allowance for six months retro from the time Michael died. The amount of the allowance wasn't discussed in open court.


    12:37 -- The judge just named Katherine permanent guardian of all three kids.


    12:26 -- Debbie Rowe's lawyer, Eric George, just said he won't object to Katherine being appointed temporary guardian, but permanent guardianship could be delayed. It's curious given the supposed settlement between Debbie and Katherine.


    12:24 -- The judge just said Klein has no legal standing to lodge an objection ... that Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe are the parents.

    LOS ANGELES — A judge says Michael Jackson's mother should raise the King of Pop's children.


    Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff appointed Katherine Jackson as the permanent guardian of the singer's three children during a court hearing in Los Angeles on Monday.


    Mrs. Jackson was named by Jackson as his first choice to raise his children in a 2002 will filed with the court. The 79-year-old is the only person to formally petition for custody of the children since Jackson's death on June 25 at age 50.


    Mrs. Jackson and her son's ex-wife Deborah Rowe reached a custody agreement last week.


    The three children, who range in age from 7 to 12, have been living with Mrs. Jackson at the family's home in the San Fernando Valley since their father's death. The two eldest children signed declarations apparently indicating they wanted to remain with Mrs. Jackson.

    3:00 -- The judge just admitted Jackson's 2002 will into probate. The will names John Branca and John McClain as co-executors. We know Katherine has a beef with that. The question -- will she challenge the co-executors or possibly ask that she be named as a third executor. Court is in recess for an hour-and-a half. Stay tuned.


    2:50 -- The judge has ruled that AEG has to provide a copy of their contract with Michael to Katherine Jackson.


    2:32 -- The judge has taken the bench.


    2:28 -- Family members have begun to file back into the courtroom. The judge has yet to come back.

    So wie er sich öffentlich selbst dargestellt hat, musste man schon eine Zeit lang zittern... Ich halte Joe für unberechenbar. Aber wenn er wirklich ein toller Opi ist und die Kids ihn lieben, dann ist ja alles in bester Ordnung.

    Ich verstehe diese panische Angst der Fans auch nicht.
    Wie ich schon Tausend mal sagte: ich bin der erste, der zugibt: Ich mag Joe ÜBERHAUPT nicht. Er ist mir unsympathisch, und ich halte die Erziehungsmethoden, die er bei seinen Kindern anwandte, absolut schrecklich, krank. Ich hab solche Strafen auch am eigenen Leib gekannt - kann das also einschätzen.


    Und dennoch: er ist der Opa dieser Kinder. Er ist nicht ihr Vater. Guckt doch mal in euren Familien. Wie viele von euch haben Opas, die bei euren Eltern die Prügelstrafe benutzt? Und wieviele davon sagen heute noch, dass das überhaupt nicht verkehrt war bzw. "nicht geschadet" hat?
    Und kriegt ihr von ihnen auch Prügel? Nein. Warum? Ihr seid die Enkelkinder. Das Verhältnis ist fundamental anders.


    Die Kinder haben jetzt keinen Vater und die Mutter kennen sie nicht. Warum sollen sie nicht toll mit Joe und Katherine auskommen?


    Und zum Thema: Joe muss aus Hayvenhurst ausziehen - das ist die größte Lachnummer überhaupt. Denn Joe lebt schon seit JAHREN nicht mehr dort, sondern (meines Wissens) in Las Vegas, genau wie LaToya übrigens. Meine zwei "Lieblings-Jacksons". ;D


    Wirklich, ich mag ihn nicht. Aber das heißt, dass die Kids ihn nicht lieben oder er sie. Das heißt auch überhaupt nicht, dass er kein guter Opa sein kann.
    Ein guter Opa sein, ist ein Kinderspiel. Erst recht im Vergleich zum Vater-sein. Und wie gesagt, meine Lebenserfahrung bisher hat mich gelehrt, dass ein toller Opa und ein schrecklicher Vater ein und dieselbe Person sein können.
    Wie gesagt - ich habe es selbst erlebt.

    Die Kids haben keine Eltern mehr, nur noch Oma und Opa, Tanten, Onkels und Cousinen und Cousins und wenn die Familie samt Opa die Kinder auffängt, dann ist das doch prima ! :top


    Das die beiden "Lieblings Jacksons" in Las Vegas wohnen, ab in die Wüste kann ich nur sagen.... paßt ja ganz gut ! :D:D:D
