    No More Going Door-To-Door As Jehovah’s Witness


    Is Paris Jackson defying her grandmother Katherine’s wishes?

    Every Sunday, Paris, 15, and her brother Prince Michael, 16, would venture door-to-door in Calabasas, Calif., spreading the word for Jehovah’s Witness.

    However, in recent months, the pair has neglected their duties, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that it was Paris who put an end to the good deed because she absolutely hated it!

    “Paris resented going door-to-door for Jehovah’s Witness, even though it was what her grandmother wanted,” a source close to the situation said.

    “So, she dug her heels in a few months back and told Katherine she just doesn’t want to do it anymore — and Paris and Michael haven’t done it since.”

    The source added: “Paris just feels she’s more grown up now, and while she’s not renouncing her Christian values,” she doesn’t want to go door-to-door for Jehovah’s Witness forever.”

    Paris was also concerned that doing this would make her, Prince Michael and their family appear like the ‘weirdos’ in the area.

    “She has her own goals in life now and her own dreams. She wants to continue with her acting career, loves playing the guitar and would welcome the opportunity to follow in her father Michael’s footsteps into pop music.”

    As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Paris celebrated her 15th birthday with her formerly estranged mother Debbie Rowe last weekend.
    It was the first time Paris and her mother have been seen in public together since she was an infant.

    The teen was all-smiles as they went shopping and out to dinner.
    Michael and Debbie were married from 1996 to 1999 — she gave birth to Paris and her older brother Prince Michael — but when they divorced, she gave up all her paternal rights to the children.

    The true paternity of Michael’s three children, including Blanket, has always been a Hollywood mystery and it’s been suggested that concert promoter AEG may even bring the issue up in the defense against the Jackson’s wrongful death lawsuit.

    Meanwhile, Paris is expected to testify in her family’s wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, underway in Los Angeles now.

    Michael Jackson's eldest son is refusing to let his father's wrongful death trial rule his life as he spent the fourth day of the case volunteering at a children's hospital in Los Angeles.

    Prince Michael's grandmother Katherine Jackson is suing concert bosses at Aeg Live, the promoters behind the pop star's doomed London comeback concerts, and the case has been playing out in court this week (begs29Apr13) but the 16-year-old spent Thursday (02May13) reading to patients at a local medical facility.


    The teenager took to his Twitter.com page to detail his visit, and called on his followers to donate to the hospital's Literally Healing Program scheme.


    In a series of posts on his page, he writes, "Spent the afternoon at Children's Hospital Los Angeles with the Literally Healing Program and reading to the kids. Donate new and unused books to them or cash cause its a great organization."


    Katherine Jackson, who was in court on Thursday, alleges Aeg bosses were negligent in ignoring her son's life-threatening health concerns as they pressed ahead with plans for the shows, and is also holding them responsible for hiring Dr. Conrad Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for administering the dose of anaesthetic propofol which killed the King of Pop.

    MICHAEL JACKSON's family want to buy back Neverland Ranch, the 3,000-acre estate where he lived for 20 years and raised his three children.


    *****’s executors took the £19million property off the market despite bids from several potential buyers, *including celeb couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé.


    But family members, led by Jackson’s mother Katherine, say they intend to purchase it outright if they win their current civil court case at Los Angeles Superior Court against entertainment giant AEG.


    Katherine, who turned 83 yesterday, and Jackson’s children Prince, 16, Paris, 15, and Blanket, 11, have already been given *permission to reopen Neverland this *summer.


    They intend to spend a week in one wing of the now-dilapidated main house, a private tribute to mark the fourth anniversary of the Thriller singer’s death aged 50 in June 2009.


    A source close to the Jacksons said: “It was Paris who persuaded her grandmother and brothers that Neverland should never be sold and should always remain in family hands.


    “She misses her father terribly and says the happiest time of her life was when she and her brothers lived with their father at the ranch.


    “Katherine has agreed they should fight to keep it.”


    The family would have to buy back the 15% of the estate owned by a company that refinanced it to stop ***** being evicted.

    Paris Jackson spent most of Saturday with her biological mother Debbie Rowe -- looking at horses, playing with her hair ... real mother/daughter
    stuff -- and what's particularly interesting ... they were hanging the same day as grandma Katherine Jackson's birthday.


    Paris and Debbie were way out in Palmdale, CA where Debbie lives -- so if Paris saw Katherine at all yesterday ... it wasn't for long.

    I have to say, I am really amazed the one time child star Mark Lester is still suggesting he’s the father of Michael Jackson’s children. It’s just ridiculous. The man seems to have snapped. Lester was the star of “Oliver!” when he was 12. He and Michael became friends when they were teens, and they were indeed friends. My 2004 interview with Lester follows. Today Lester is in the British papers starting up again. His daughter looks nothing like Paris. He looks nothing like Prince. I can’t imagine what his family thinks about this craziness. Anyway. He conceded in this interview that he never even met Debbie Rowe. When Michael Jackson was alive there was no suggestion by him of any of this. Lester was a chiropractor in England. I don’t know if he still has his practice. But he’s certainly turned into someone who knows about “manipulation.” In “Oliver!” the title character wants more gruel at his orphanage. He utters the famous line “Please sir, may I have some more?” Please, Mark Lester, no more.

    Mark Lester — who as a child starred in the 1968 movie musical “Oliver!” — spent New Year’s Eve with Michael Jackson at the singer’s rented Beverly Hills mansion.


    Once Jackson put his three kids to sleep, it was just the two 45-year-old men, lifelong friends, who sat up and watched Dick Clark‘s “Rockin’ New Year’s” on TV.


    Lester, if you don’t know, was the Macaulay Culkin of his day: tousled blond hair, a cute kid. His performance as Oliver Twist, uttering the now famous request for more porridge — “Please, sir, may I have some more?” — made him a huge star at the age of 10. When Jackson and his brothers performed in the U.K. in the early 1970s, Michael asked to meet Lester. “He wanted to meet someone who had a similar background, a child star,” Lester told me.


    The result has been a lifelong friendship.


    Lester was at Neverland last February several days after the Martin Bashir interview aired and he was with him this past October in Las Vegas when Jackson signed memorabilia at a bookstore. The father of three girls and one boy told me he completely supports Jackson and believes him innocent of the charges of child molestation.


    He did get to see Jackson in his new habitat, with the Nation of Islam surrounding him. “One of their members picked me up at the airport,” he said. “And I did meet Leonard Muhammad briefly. But there was no sense of tension in the house. In fact, I’ve seen Michael at Neverland and in hotels with security, and I thought it was much more relaxed at this house.”


    Lester told me that Jackson is “angry. And he feels betrayed” by the family whom he took in. He said that while he was visiting, little mention was made of the charges pending against Jackson, and that the star had limited interest in news accounts of his predicament.


    “He’s not cut off. He chooses not to watch it. He doesn’t care what they say in the media. He says, America is a free country.”


    Lester told me he was surprised as everyone else in the world when word came down that Neverland had been raided with search warrants by the police. “I was completed shocked. I’d just been with Michael in Las Vegas in October.” Last February, Lester met the boy at the center of the controversy at Neverland. “He and his family were just guests. There were a lot of kids, a lot of people staying there.”


    Despite their 30-year friendship, Lester has never met Debbie Rowe, the mother of Jackson’s children. He never met Lisa Marie Presley, either, he said, but spoke to her once on the phone. He said that in all this time he has not questioned Jackson about his plastic surgery, but acknowledges that a skin disease has caused Jackson’s skin color to change.


    “His melanin is gone,” Lester said, “and it’s very painful for him to be in the sun. He has vast depigmentation. He takes medicine to fill in the blotches where he’s turned white.”


    Lester’s children have spent a lot of time at Neverland, but they’ve never stayed in Jackson’s bedroom. “We’ve been in there and all through the house, eating ice cream and watching TV.” But he says he wishes Jackson would not make his ideas about children sleeping in his bed public. “He needs someone to tell him to put a sock in his mouth,” he said. “He can be his own worst enemy.”


    He said that Jackson understands the public criticism of the statements he’s made, and “doesn’t care” what people think.


    “He can switch between being a 12-year-old and being a 45-year-old,” Lester said. “He’s told me that when he writes, he’s like a 12-year-old. That’s where he gets his inspiration. And he’s always been that way, like a Peter Pan, since he was 15.”


    For New Year’s Eve, the pair of friends watched TV after Jackson’s three kids went to sleep. Lester said they too turned in before the midnight hour. “There was no one else around,” said Lester, who left his wife and kids at home for this visit. The temporary house, for which Jackson is said to be paying between $70,000 and $100,000 a month, is “beautiful.” Will Michael ever return to Neverland? “I think he will eventually,” said Lester, who gave up show business and is an osteopath outside of London. “But he doesn’t miss it right now. He feels like he’s been violated.”

    A new pony for Paris?

    Michael Jackson's daughter, now 15, spent the past weekend with her mother, Debbie Rowe,
    scoping out horses at a ranch in Temecula, Calif.

    Rowe, 54, who lives on a ranch, breeds horses and who has rekindled a relationship with her daughter
    in recent months, accompanied Paris to Bricker Performance Ponies, a training and show horse facility
    in Riverside County, Calif. They later shared a sushi meal, capping off a relaxed weekend together.

    Rowe is the ex-wife of the late pop star, who died in 2009 and the mother of both Paris and her brother
    Michael Joseph "Prince" Jackson Jr., 16. Paris and Prince live with their grandmother, Katherine Jackson,
    who celebrated her 83rd birthday on Saturday.
