Michael Jackson's burial is being postponed two days, according to his dad.

Joe Jackson tells TMZ the burial has been pushed to August 31, because there are things the family needs to get in order before Michael is laid to rest.

Jackson was scheduled to be buried on August 29, what would have been his 51st birthday.

Jermaine Jackson Told All in Shocking 2003 Book Proposal

Whatever happened to Jermaine Jackson’s book proposal?

Three years ago I wrote in my old column about a stunning document that Jermaine had put together with Stacy Brown, a family friend and co-author of an amazing memoir with Michael Jackson’s late, longtime PR man, Bob Jones.

Jermaine often protested that such a proposal existed, but he talked about it with Larry King on TV. New York literary agent Laurie Liss sent the proposal around to three publishers, but no one bit. Maybe they’ll be more interested now that Michael is gone.

I was so interested in Jermaine’s 2003 proposal that I called around to find the actual document. Sure enough, there still were copies to be found.

Here are excerpts from it, in Jermaine’s own voice, circa early 2003:

“My brother is a superstar, yes. My brother is wealthy. He owns shares in Sony music. He drinks, he does drugs, he lies, he cheats, he changed his skin color and mostly, he’s human. He attracts gay men and wards off women like the plague.”

“He married a woman because she was pregnant and he was doing business with Muslims (which I am a Muslim) and Muslims won’t do business with someone who is engaged in having children without being married.

“He paid this woman, who nobody would ever look twice at, several million dollars. My brother purchased children. It is like a sanctioned black market. He is very powerful; he picked the sperm donor by using information provided by a sperm bank. Now, who can do that? Michael Jackson, that’s who, my brother.

“I have maintained my residence by my mother’s side at the family’s Hayvenhurst estate in Encino, California because I know how much I am needed there. Michael counts on me to be there as does the rest of my family.”

[Columnist note: this would verify the long-held belief that Katherine and Joseph Jackson, who have filed for divorce in the past, do not live together. Joseph’s fathering of an illegitimate child, reported and documented in several places, could have contributed to this.]

“It was my little brother, he conceived the whole idea behind DreamWorks. The logo is still proudly the official logo of Neverland. Unfortunately, Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen all stole the idea from him. That’s one reason why Michael hates Jewish people so much. But he plays the game with them. There is a game that all in Hollywood play. But the Jews are the powerful ones and they have done a lot to put my brother in his place….just another ******. That’s what Don King told Michael at the start of the “Victory” tour. No matter what Michael, you’re just another ******.

“My brother doesn’t always learn the valuable lessons life teaches. He is stubborn, hard-headed and, at times, harsh. He is cold, calculating and devious. The blood of his father runs freely through him. We were all afraid that the blood of Joseph Jackson would eventually contaminate all of us.

“But this is still my family and I love every one of them and I won’t sit by and let my brother go to prison. Prison would kill him. I’ve thought about doing the time for him, if he’s convicted. Michael wouldn’t survive in prison for one day. He’d commit suicide.

“Joseph did some disgusting things to LaToya and Rebbie, especially. If it weren’t for Mother’s loyalty to him, he’d probably be in prison for what he did to our sisters.”

Jermaine, meantime, has some explaining to do about the big upcoming charity event he’s planning in Vienna for brother Michael.

Since yesterday when I started asking questions about where the money was going for “The Tribute,” produced by Jermaine and awards show producer George Kindel, the event’s website has been heavily edited.

Previously, it claimed — and Jermaine claimed on TV — that three organizations would benefit from this circus: Larry Jones’s children’s group that you always see flogged on middle of the night commercials; Larry King’s Cardiac Foundation, and Jermaine’s own Earth Care Foundation.

The problem is that Earth Care, which Jermaine has touted for years, does not exist. There is an Earth Care Foundation in New Mexico. They have nothing to do with him. They don’t even know who he is.

Twice in 2003 and at least once in 2001, Jermaine said in television interviews that he was behind something called EarthVision International. The organization does not exist, except maybe in Jermaine’s imagination.

Back on Sept. 8, 1997, Jermaine told Larry King that the Jackson 5 was getting back together for a benefit extravaganza called Earthvision ‘98. He said the 90-minute program would benefit a group he named as the Sunshine Foundation of Feasterville, Pa.

Jackson announced that the small group that grants wishes for ill children would get money by honoring “Muhammad Ali, Sophia Loren, Stevie Wonder and Bishop Desmond Tutufor their humanitarian achievements.”

Jermaine said Earthvision ‘98 would be broadcast live July 2, 1998, from the Heridon Theater in Athens, Greece.

The whole thing never materialized.

Sophia, dieses Dokument entstand durch Stacie Brown. Er wollte damals ein Buch schreiben. Er holte sich Jermaine an Board und als sie sich über die Inhalte zerstritten, war die "Partnerschaft" vorbei.
Danach hat Brown dann mit Bob Jones weitergemacht, der, als frisch gekündigter MJ-Angestellter, Feuer und Flamme war.

Also dieses Dokument sollte man nicht mit Jermaine verbinden, denn da gibt es keine Connection.

Das mit der nicht existierenden EarthCare Geschichte, haben wir schon aus einer anderen Ecke gehört, die mit Friedman nichts zu tun hat. Das macht es für mich glaubhaft.

Ausstellung zollt Michael Jackson Tribut

Neben dem musikalischen Großevent widmen 30 Künstler dem verstorbenen King of Pop in Wien eine eigene Ausstellung. Ab 2. September rücken sie die "durchinszenierte Kunstfigur" ins Licht, auch ein Jackson-Tanzwettbewerb ist geplant.

Bis 18. September haben Besucher die Möglichkeit, die Schau bei Jennyfair und im Club Planetarium zu besuchen. Die verschiedenen Facetten des Michael Jackson zeigt etwa Karl Kühn auf.

Der Künstler manipuliert in seiner Videoarbeit ein Jackson-Interview mit Oprah Winfrey aus dem Jahr 1993, bis Jacksons Antworten "zum Mysterium werden" gibt. Damit versucht er die mediale Unfassbarkeit seiner Persönlichkeit zu unterstreichen.

Organischer sind die Arbeiten Julia Seyrs, die den letzten Mageninhalt des Sängers künsterlisch darstellt. Michael Niemetz verarbeitet das Musikvideo "Who's bad" zu einer Installation, während Helene van Duijne in "Cut up Jackson" Textpassagen aus Songs zitiert, die mit Gerüchten und Skandalen aus dem Leben des King of Pop zusammenpassen.

Jackson-Tanzwettbewerb im Planetarium
Mittels öffentlicher Ausschreibung wurden die mehr als 30 jungen Künstler auserkoren. Neben der Ausstellung wurden aus den Einreichungen die abendlichen Programme im Club Planetarium gespeist, wo neben Konzerten auch ein Jackson-Tanzwettbewerb stattfindet.

Der Wiener Künstler Christian Eisenberger bastelt eine "Neverland-Ranch" aus Pappe mitten in die Wiener Prater-Atmosphäre. Die Vernissage findet bereits am 29. August statt, dem 51. Geburtstag von Michael Jacksons. An diesem Tag wird der verstorbene King of Pop begraben werden.

Patrick Nuo singt mit Jermaine Jackson

Der Hamburger Sänger Patrick Nuo ist gemeinsam mit anderen Sängern auf der Single "Living Your Dream" zu hören. Die Schirmherrschaft und Lead-Stimme dabei hat Jermaine Jackson inne, der den Song in Trauer um seinen toten Bruder Michael initiiert hatte. Rechtzeitig zum Geburtstag des "King of Pop" am 29. August - dann wäre Michael Jackson 51 Jahre alt geworden - kommt der Song in den Handel. Zudem nahm Nuo mit seinen "Buddies aus der Schweiz", der Band Vivian, den Song "The Sun" auf.(ccj)

Company Wigs Out -- Sues Over M.J. Costumes

A company that makes those ornate powdered wigs for solicitors and barristers in England, claims it has exclusive rights to market Michael Jackson wigs and is suing a costume company that got into the act.

R.H. Smith & Sons has been making those white English wigs for more than a century. In a lawsuit filed in federal court in New York, the company complains Rubie's Costume Company has been sending emails around claiming it's got exclusive worldwide rights to market ***** wigs, costumes and accessories.

R.H. Smith & Sons begs to differ, claiming its under license from MJ Licensing LLC to market MJ wigs, costumes and accessories -- and says Rubie's claims to exclusivity has damaged their business.

The company wants an injunction prohibiting Rubie's from pushing the products. They also want Rubie's to contact everyone it's been in touch with claiming rights to the products and correct the error. R.H. also wants damages.

MICHAEL JACKSON: keine U-Bahnstation mit seinem Namen

NEW YORK - In New York sollte eine U-Bahnstation, in der das Video zu Michael Jacksons "Bad" gedreht wurde, den Namen des Verstobenen King of Pop bekommen. Doch daraus wird vorerst nichts. Laut aktuellen Medienberichten befürchten die Verantwortlichen, dass Reisende durch die Namenänderung zu sehr durcheinander kommen könnten. Noch ist allerdings das letzte Wort in der Sache nicht gesprochen. Die Fans von ***** wollen auch weiterhin für eine Umbenennung kämpfen.

Übrigens: In dem Video zu "Bad" ist ein bis dahin unbekannter Schauspieler zu sehen, der heute eine feste Hollywood-Größe ist: Wesley Snipes. (FIRSTNEWS)

Musical kommt in die Alte Oper

Michael Jacksons "Thriller"-Show kommt nach Frankfurt. Vom 30. März bis zum 4. April 2010 wird das Original-Musical aus dem Londoner West End in der Alten Oper gezeigt, wie die Veranstalter am Montag in Frankfurt mitteilten. Karten für die Veranstaltung kosten etwa zwischen 50 und 95 Euro.

"Thriller live" sei eine "Hommage an den größten Entertainer aller
Zeiten", hieß es. Das Musical mache die besten Songs und den
unverwechselbaren Tanzstil Jacksons auf der Bühne erlebbar. Geboten
würden unter anderem die ersten Erfolge Jacksons mit den Jackson 5
sowie Hits wie "Bad".

Die Premiere der von Adrian Grant produzierten Show fand 2006 am
Lyric Theatre in London statt. Nach drei Tourneen durch
Großbritannien wird das Musical auch in Deutschland, Österreich, der
Schweiz, Frankreich und Italien aufgeführt. Deutschlandpremiere war
Mitte Juli am Deutschen Theater in München. (ddp)

TMZ has reviewed financial documents that show MIchael Jackson's cash flow was in the red zone. Jackson's liquid cash totaled .05% of his net worth.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Jackson's net worth was estimated at $1,360,839,979 on July 31, 2007. It's a fortune, to be sure ... but of that $1,150,000,000 is the Sony-ATV Publishing Trust (Beatles Catalog).

As for cold, hard "Cash in Bank" -- $668,215. Jackson could blow through that amount in a trip or two to the antique store.

The other assets:

-- Real property $73,475,000 (Neverland valued at $66,875,000, Encino Home valued at $6,600,000)
-- Restricted cash $10,696,764 (this is a cash reserve to pay interest on loans)
-- Media Archival materials $20,000,000
-- MJ Publishing Trust $85,000,000
-- Professional equipment $1,000,000
-- Automobiles, antiques, collectibles & other personal property $20,000,000

Combined assets total $1,360,839,979.

As for liabilities, the big ticket item is Neverland -- $323,000,000. The description "Notes payable to Fortress are collateralized by Mr. Jackson's interest in the Sony-ATV Publishing Trust and a partial security interest in the Los Olivos, California (Neverland) property. Additionally, as of March 31, 2007, the bank holds restricted cash in the approximate amount of $7,803,621. With other liabilities, the sum comes to $331,000,000."

Jackson's bottom line net worth was listed at $1,360,839,979. But the cash flow is pretty stunning.

This video is probably as real as the existence of unicorns -- but the clip, claiming to show Michael Jackson walking out of the back of a Coroner's van after his "death," is making the rounds on the Internet today.

According to the LiveLeak post: "I checked the license plate number and it looks like the King of Pop is jumping out of the same van, his dead body has been in. I got the original video tape from a trustworthy source. I know him for years. And I am sure it´s real and Michael is alive."
