    :OO

Was macht man denn mit 15 Litern (!!!!) Propofol???

Missing witness in Michael Jackson case located
    By Alan Duke, CNN
    September 19, 2011 12:45 p.m. EDT

Los Angeles (CNN) -- The missing witness in the involuntary manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson's doctor was found over the weekend and will be available to testify,
the prosecutor told the court Monday.

Pharmacist Tim Lopez testified at Dr. Conrad Murray's preliminary hearing in January that he shipped more than 15 liters of the surgical anesthetic propofol to the apartment
of Murray's girlfriend over the three months before Jackson's death.

The Los Angeles County coroner ruled that Jackson died on June 25, 2009, as the result of an overdose of propofol combined with other drugs.

Deputy District Attorney David Walgren told the court last week that it is believed Lopez, the owner of a wholesale pharmacy in Las Vegas, has moved to Thailand.

A hearing had been set for Monday so Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor could decide if prosecutors could rely on the transcript of his previous testimony.
The resolution of that and several other issues made for a short hearing.

"Well, I'd like to believe that I was responsible in some measure, but we have excellent counsel," Pastor said Monday.

The defense announced it was dropping from its witness list a Texas medical examiner who toured the Los Angeles county coroner's lab. Prosecutors had objected to his testimony,
    calling it irrelevant.

Pastor delayed consideration of the prosecution's request to exclude the testimony of Jackson's makeup artist. The defense wants Karen Faye to repeat statements
given in interviews about what she described as Jackson's ill health in the weeks before his death, as he was rehearsing for his comeback concerts.

The prosecution told the judge in a hearing Thursday that much of what Faye has said in the past was based on what she heard others say, not her own recollections.

If convicted on the involuntary manslaughter charge, Murray could face up to four years in prison.

The next hearing is set for Wednesday afternoon, when lawyers for each side will offer their "for cause" challenges of prospective jurors, based on their answers to written questions.

Lawyers will conduct face-to-face questioning of potential jurors on Friday as they choose 18 Los Angeles citizens to hear the case.

Opening statements for the trial, which will be televised, are scheduled for September 27. The judge told members of the jury pool he expects their service will be over on or about October 28.

  • Michael Jackson's doc Conrad Murray told paramedic the star was "fine" as he lay dead

MICHAEL Jackson’s doctor said the star “was fine” as he lay dead, legal papers reveal.

An LA paramedic who tried to save the King of Pop from an overdose has told lawyers of Dr Conrad Murray’s startling medical opinion.

The Mirror has seen a transcript of Richard Senneff’s statement, which revealed the doctor stood in front of lifeless Jackson in the singer’s bedroom
and claimed: “He doesn’t have a problem. He is fine.

“He was practising all night. I’m just treating him for dehydration.”

Mr Senneff, first on the scene after a guard called 911 when Murray found his star patient out cold in June 2009, believed the doctor lied to him about what drugs he had given Jackson.

The paramedic will be a key player in next week’s LA Supreme Court trial, when Murray will fight charges of involuntary man-slaughter and medical negligence. Prosecutors believe his testimony will show the doctor tried to cover his tracks after giving ***** the anaesthetic propofol.

When asked if Jackson was on medication, Murray replied: “No, he is not taking anything.” But seconds later, the panicking doc confessed he had given him the anti-anxiety drug lorazepam “to help him sleep”.

The witness said he later saw him clearing bottles from the room.

Mr Senneff also said he found Murray performing CPR on the bed after 911 operators had told him to move the superstar to the floor.

His problem was YOU! Asshole! :zorn

“No, he is not taking anything.”

:zorn

He's not an artist, he's a fucking work of art...

    I love you more, Mike!

  • Zeuge der Staatswaltschaft gefunden & weitere Updates betr. Murray Prozess

  • Some Michael Jackson fans who want to see their brand of justice meted out against Dr. Conrad Murray just got a stern warning
from the judge's staff -- they'll be thrown out of court if they don't shape up.

Dr. Murray was in court today on some pretrial matters. At one point the lawyers and Judge Michael Pastor went into chambers for a chit chat.
While they were gone, some MJ fans were staring Murray down and giving him dirty looks.

Murray then complained to the bailiff, who walked over to the fans and made it clear -- if they do it again they'll be thrown out of the courtroom.

  • Lawyers Want to Show Michael’s O2 Press Conference at Murray Trial

(AP) — Lawyers for the doctor charged in the death of Michael Jackson want to show jurors at the upcoming trial footage of a press conference in which the singer spoke of performing in only 10 shows.

A motion filed Tuesday says the recording of Jackson as he announced his “This Is It” concerts would show his mental and physical condition in March 2009.

The motion says the footage supports the anticipated testimony of Jackson’s makeup artist Karen Faye that the pop star was furious when he learned he would have to do 50 shows.

Lawyers for defendant Conrad Murray allege Jackson was not physically able to take on such a commitment.

Murray’s involuntary manslaughter trial begins Friday with jury selection. He is accused of negligence in Jackson’s death from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol.
