    aber von wann ist "No friend of mine"
    kann dazu vllt noch einmal jemand

    Gangsta (No friend of mine) samplet einen unbekannten Jackson Song. Der Rap gehört im echten MJ-Song nicht dazu. Das Lied leakte 2006, es ist aber glaube ich unbekannt von wann es genau ist bzw von wann der MJ Song ist.

    Ich weiß es nicht, aber man kann das ziemlich gut anhand der Stimmfarbe eingrenzen wie ich finde. Ich vermute zwischen 1999 bis 2003.

    Die Songs, die du da listet, sind alle für INVINCIBLE aufgenommen worden.
    "We've Had Enough" war der erste mit Jerkins entstandene Track im Jahr 1999 (bis 2000 fertig produziert).

    hatte damals ja mal einen remix zu Gangsta gemacht.. hat den evtl. noch jemand da? der hieß irgendwas mit "military intro mix..bla bla.."mußte vor einiger zeit mich von meiner externen festplatte verabschieden und das teil war da auch drauf.. VIELEN DANK!!

    Representatives of Michael Jackson's estate are talking to Universal Music Group and others about submitting a competing bid -- just as Sony Music is close to inking a deal for the King of Pop's unreleased material, The Post has learned.


    Sony Music and lawyers John Branca and John McClain -- the court-appointed reps for Jackson's estate -- are in advanced talks to extend Jackson's deal with the label to cover any recordings made after 2004.


    Under current terms, the label controls the rights to recordings made prior to 2004 until they revert to the estate in a few years. However, about 70 unreleased songs created after 2004 are up for grabs. Jackson died June 25.


    Sources said the estate is seeking a large upfront payment and a higher royalty rate in any new deal, and that Sony is offering one or the other but not both.


    "We're trying to figure out the terms," said a source involved in the talks.


    Sources said the estate would like to set a new deal while interest in Jackson is still high, with the goal of getting the first album of new material in stores by early next year.

    As Jackson's incumbent record label, one source said of the deal with Sony, "It's theirs to lose."


    A second person involved in the talks with Sony said there was at least one other bidder for the post-2004 recordings. This person declined to name the company and characterized its interest as informal. Two other sources close to the situation pegged Universal as the other bidder.


    "Nobody talks to EMI anymore, and Warner Music is weak internationally," said one source. "Universal and Sony have the two best worldwide distribution systems, so Branca is probably trying to play them against each other to get the highest bid."


    A Universal rep denied the label was interested. Jackson's estate and Sony each declined to comment.


    Absent a competing bid, leverage in the talks could swing to either the estate or Sony depending on the performance of this week's release of the concert film "This Is It" and its accompanying soundtrack.

    Die bisher unveröffentlichten Songs, an dem der Sänger vor seinem unerwarteten Tod im Juli arbeitete, wurden an verschiedene Plattenfirmen geschickt. Das Unternehmen, das den höchsten Betrag bietet, wird das Material letztendlich auf den Markt bringen dürfen.




    John Branca, der lange als Jacksons Anwalt tätig war, und der Music Executive John McClain kümmern sich um das Vermächtnis des ‚Thriller‘-Interpreten und stehen nun Berichten zufolge in Verhandlungen mit Sony Music, Universal Music Group und einigen anderen, nicht genannten Interessenten.


    Ein Insider gibt preis: „Universal und Sony haben das weltweit beste Distributionssystem, deshalb möchte Branca auf einen Höchstbietenden warten.“




    Laut ‚New York Post‘ soll der Deal, den Jackson bereits mit Sony Music hatte, verlängert werden und der Firma die 70 Songs, die die Musiklegende nach 2004 geschrieben, produziert und aufgenommen hat, zusichern. Die Erbverwalter verlangen jedoch mehr, als Sony bereit ist zu zahlen.


    Zur Zeit hält die Firma alle Rechte an den Songs, die Jackson vor 2004 produziert hat. In ein paar Jahren werden sie jedoch Teil von Jacksons Erbschaft werden.

    MJ's Last Recording - Subject of Creditor's Claim

    We've now learned the basis for the latest creditor's claim against Michael Jackson's estate -- and it could be a goldmine.


    As we first reported, Audio 4 Video Digital (A4V Digital, Inc.), filed a creditor's claim for $736,502.59. Sources connected with A4V tell TMZ that Jackson had been recording songs shortly before he died and A4V was working on the music at the time of his death.


    An A4V source says the company is a co-owner -- along with the estate -- of the copyright for the sound recordings. This could represent the last work of Michael Jackson -- so good, bad or ugly, it could be the royal jackpot.


    We're also told A4V was working with Jackson for years before his death and has a stockpile of recordings that have never been released.
